Grand Venetian - Zen oceanview condo in hotel zone

This brand new luxury condo is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The unit is on the 5th floor, so you can watch the sunset every day from ANYWHERE inside your home and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The apt contains high-end furniture, 2 TVs, 25 foot balcony with adjustable bed + dining table and chairs. Steps away from the famous La Isla mall, the building includes all necessary amenities and more for a stress free vacation. My goal is to make you want to visit again!

The condo is a big one bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms and a huge 25 foot balcony. The kitchen has a toaster, blender, coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all necessities to cook from home. The dining marble table contains 6 chairs. The living room has a big center table, a 50inch smart TV (cable access), a long authentic leather chair and a big comfy sofa bed that can convert into a queen size bed. I am a very picky person when it comes to my sleep and i can confirm that the sofa bed accommodates a great sleep unlike most of them. The bedroom has a full bathroom, 32inch TV (cable access), balcony access, a chair, dresser and 2 night tables.

The Grand Venetian is a `resort style` luxurious condo building that boasts; 4 infinity pools, 4 jacuzzi , gym, playing room, restaurant (with room service), 3 tennis court, pool side chairs and beds, beach access with palapas and chairs, waiter service by the pool side, 24h security staff and gate.

VERY IMPORTANT
I am a vacation lover myself so my absolute objective is to make sure that you enjoy every second of your stay at my place. I am willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my guests (as long as its reasonable hehe). If you want to do activities during your stay in Puerto Vallarta, then I am your person. Free of charge I volunteer to prepare any guests a program of where to visit as long as you tell me a little bit about yourselves and what you enjoy. If you are looking for personal boat tours to hidden islands or guides for excursions I can put you in contact with my property manager who can gladly accommodate you. Most importantly I will make sure you get local prices and not the tourist prices since many come on a tighter budget. You name it and I will do my best to manage it, all I ask from my guests it to treat my place as if it was their own :)

The beautiful La Isla mall is just steps away. Across the street you have plenty of nice restaurants, stores and even night clubs. The downtown of puerto vallarta is about 7 minutes away by taxi and so is the airport. You can access the bus for less then 1$, if you are searching for a car to rent i can provide you with personal contacts i have.

All transportation options are very accessible from the Vallarta Hotel zone. You also have a parking if needed
- Smoking only on the balcony, but PLEASE not on the adjustable sofa/bed mattress or cushions. The cigarette ashes stain fast.
- Only small pets can be allowed along certain guidelines
- Preferably no loud music after 11pm
- Must read and accept rules of the building
- Check in and check out can be flexible to suit your needs if there`s no booking the day of or day after.
