Pulling up to the house, we couldn’t believe how beautiful the location is - it’s very private and peaceful. It’s an older house but very inviting and well taken care of. We loved the back yard and the close proximity to the beach! We did some clam digging and sea glass hunting there and thoroughly enjoyed it! We were a little unsure of this location when we booked as it was our first time in PEI but we were able to tour the island every day and enjoy the evenings back at the house. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in PEI. Thank you to our wonderful host for sharing your lovely home with us and we would very much love to visit again sometime. We fell in love with this beautiful island

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location was private and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Cornwall and Charlottetown where we found everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, especially at low tide, and made for some unforgettable memories. Tom was very responsive and check-in was simple and smooth. If you’re looking for a true PEI experience, this is the perfect place to stay!

We had such a fun week at this cottage. Tom was a great host and was available when needed and just genuinely kind. We prefer the south shore so this location was ideal for us. Beach is a bit of a walk, but well worth it. With the small inlet it gave the opportunity for clam digging, sea glass & seashell finds, and also swimming which was well enjoyed by the kids and adults! The beach could be enjoyed at low and high tide which was great. The house was spacious and worked well for our 2 families, enough rooms to split between 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 4-9). A closet full of old games and puzzles was fun for the kids! The kitchen/dinning area is a bit snug but manageable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Thanks Tom for a great week.

Beautiful, well-kept property in a tranquil setting. Lots of space, perfect for family vacations. Bedroom on the main floor was ideal in terms of accessibility. Host responded quickly to any questions we had, and was super helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend! Amazing experience.

A wonderful location to enjoy PEI

Our group of seniors have returned to Red Cliffs for a 3rd year. Again, we were very satisfied. The property is spacious with a beautiful view and beach access. The house was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Thank you Tom for making this beautiful location available to enjoy.

Island vacationing at its best

This place brings a smile to my face every year. This will be out fourth year in a row renting and we love coming back. The house is amazing with its modernity and history all wrapped up in one! Close to the beach(s) and to amenities this is truly an island vacation paradise.

Beautiful Farmhouse

As a family of 9 with ages ranging from 8 to adult, this farmhouse worked perfectly for our stay. It had everything we needed plus more. A peaceful location with a beautiful view looking out over the water and a huge field for the kids to run and play. We had a wonderful time here!

Wonderful stay with family

My college aged children gathered (from both coasts of USA) with us to spend a lovely vacation together. The house is the perfect size for a large group and the setting is peaceful and bucolic. Tom was a fabulous host who was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The house had everything we needed and I recommend this property enthusiastically! Thank you!

Wonderful location to enjoy PEI's beauty

This is the 2nd time our group of seniors have stayed at Red Cliffs and again it provided an ideal location for our week's vacation. The house was comfortable, clean and equipped with all our needs and more. Tom was prompt to return a message. The property has a lovely ocean view with beach access. Our group was very satisfied.

Relaxing Stay on the Island

The property was exactly what we expected from the listing; modernized farmhouse, fresh airy breeze from the sea, comfortable outdoor seating and a large quiet ocean beach for the kids to play at. Kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ is great for a big dinner. Tom was quick with communication and had useful tips for the area. Great stay, highly recommend!

Beautiful PEI experience

We got the perfect PEI experience. Absolutely gorgeous view from the back of the house. I absolutely love sitting on the patio deck and on a food sunny day, you can see New-Brunswick shore and St-Peter island complemented with the wild flowers landscape.

Magnifique endroit

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire a répond rapidement à nos questions. La maison est propre et bien équipée. Les recoins et les deux escaliers ont fait le bonheur des enfants pour des parties de cachette. La vue est magnifique et l’endroit est très calme: parfait pour un apéro relax âpre une journée d’activité ou pour lire. La plage privée accessible à pied à fait le bonheur de tous avec son sable rouge, ses nombreux coquillages et son petit quai pour sauter lors des marées hautes. La maison est située à une distance raisonnable de Charlottetown, Cavendish et Summerside. Cornwall, à une quinzaine de minutes de voiture, offre tous les services nécessaires (épicerie, boulangerie, liquor store, restaurant,…). Bref Red Cliff est un endroit agréable pour se ressourcer en vacances et passer du temps en famille ou entre amis.

Renovated late19th century home with charm

The house was spacious, allowing sufficient room for our group of high school friends that are now seniors. It provided all the amenities that we required and more, and was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were lovely with a view of the ocean and access to a beach. The host was prompt to respond to questions. My group was very pleased with the property and experience

A little gem

When going through the door, you feel so welcomed. This is an ancestral home that has all the amenities that had to offer. The view on the back porch is amazing. Going down the pathway to the ocean at low tide and swimming in the warm ocean water was so nice. The beds were really comfortable. It’s a little paradise that the 8 of us enjoyed

Second stay at red cliffs!

This was our second time staying at Toms property! We enjoyed our time just as much as last time. The view is positively breathtaking. One thing that would make this property even better would be to have an outdoor eating area and fire pit. The grounds are so calming we spent most of our days outside. Tom is very quick and easy to get ahold of when needed. :)

Beautiful home in charming town

We had a memorable stay at this beautiful property in PEI. With 4 kids ages 6-13 there was an abundance of things to keep them busy. The best part was the water. When the tide goes out there is an amazing array of sealife that captured everone’s interest. The kids spent many hours collecting sea shells and watching the crabs and shrimp swim by. The house is well stocked with board games and books for all ages and is in a picturesque setting out of a storybook. Simply amazing! We will definitely return.

A place to Rejuvenate by the Sea

This beautiful old home set among grand old Horse Chestnut trees in full bloom, and backed by a field of wildflowers, provided a perfect backdrop from which to explore natural beauty and interesting stories that make up PEI. The house was well equipped, and provided access to a small private beach that allowed for hours of fun shell and sea glass hunting. We appreciated how well our host (Tom) communicated with us and the flexibility that was given when dates needed to be rescheduled due to Covid. Questions were promptly answered and information and suggestions were provided. Well felt truly welcomed. We very much hope to go back someday soon! Thank you Tom and Thank you PEI!
