Brand new luxury home on the South Fork of the Rio Grande. Just a 20 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. This home has 3 Master bedrooms down stairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The perfect home for a large family gathering. The kitchen is ready for the group with 2 ovens, large island, coffee bar and plenty of prep space. Upstairs has a pool table & game table. Come prepared to relax in the hot tub and enjoy time on the deck overlooking the river. Lazy Moose is neighbors with Trout Stream, Bear Path, Rio River & Elk River.

Fun river for fishing and playing in, beautiful house, comfortable beds. Lots of businesses around for shopping, dining etc. would have liked to have a actual floor plan for planning purposes…not real private, off a main highway, so highway noise, could have used an extra refrigerator since we had 18 people, but overall, the place was a nice get away

Perfect place for a family/friend gathering

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and well-stocked with amenities and games. The hot tub was great, the view was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place for your South Fork stay

My friends and I came here for a Wolf Creek trip and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the beds are all comfortable- if you have a multi-family group you want to travel with, this is the place for you! 10/10, I hope we can stay again when we come back next year!

Wonderful place on the river

The time we spent at this game in early July was fabulous. House was clean, the hot tub was so relaxing for our adult children. The location to all things in South Fork was another bonus. We had 9 adults plus a 9 month old. There was plenty of room for all to either watch tv, play card games, hike, ride the pedal rails, float down the river or just sit by the river and read! The kitchen facilities and dining room are fantastic. We will definitely return.

Amazing cabin with a gorgeous view

This cabin was so awesome!!! Comfortably slept all 14 of us with beds to spare!! The hot tub overlooks the flowing river!! They had every amenity you could ever want! The cabin was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Joyce Ann even reached out and let us know that the local gas station was going to be closed the day we left which was above and beyond in my opinion!! We felt like VIPs!

This house is so nice, pictures do not do it justice. We had 15 in our group, from 1yr old to 61 yr. old and there was so much room. The back porch and hot tub were our all-time favorite places the 6 days we stayed here, but the inside of this house was amazing. We will stay again. The host was very helpful in many things that came up during our stay. Overall great place.

Family ATV Trip

The home was spacious enough to accommodate a big family gathering. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and Kitchen has everything you need. River behind house is a beautiful view and kids can play in the river. We were able to park 3 pickups with trailers in parking lot. Could park up to 4 pick ups and trailers easy. Will book again in future!

Beautiful roomy mountain home

Our extended family stayed here during the Christmas holidays. It was a beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen (William Sonoma supplies!). Way beyond what we expected to find. The hosts were very helpful, even on Christmas day, with an issue with one of our vehicles. So kind! I hope everyone will get to come next time and I hope we can come during the summer to enjoy the river.

Beautiful Home

This house was amazing! We had 15 people and the 3 master suites downstairs along with the bedrooms and full bath up stairs was a great fit! This house had everything you could think of. We stayed during Christmas and cooked every meal here, the dining table is amazing. This house is fully stocked! We only had to purchase groceries. This house is wonderfully decorated. We were able to sled about 15 minutes from the house. Definitely made our Christmas a dream come true!

Great attention to detail!

We have stayed in so many vrbo's over the years and the attention to detail in this home is so impressive! Everything we could have needed and then some. Location is beautiful and felt very private. Our 3yr old could even walk down to river in the backyard and then get warm in the hot tub :) Communication was easy, quick and very kind! Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a week in this home creating sweet family memories!

River house

Rat/ mice droppings in the rooms window seals in all of the bedrooms, no mop, no iron, not enough linen. Owners still cleaning properly when renters checked in.

Parents memorial.

We came from Ks, Ok and Texas to memorialize our parents and we could not have asked for a better place. The description was spot on, maybe a little better than we expected! The kitchen couldn’t have been better equipped for cooking for a large gathering, plenty of space for all to sit for eating. We packed outdoor chairs, but they even had those and cornhole boards, towels for hot tub and a nice gas fire table. My reason for 4 stars on getting with host was I believe the area code is wrong on site. And 4 stars on cleanliness , was the floors, but we were still very pleased with this site. Don’t hesitate to take advantage of this wonderful cabin. 😊
