The Space:
This delightful home features three welcoming bedrooms with room-darkening shades and a generously sized open floor plan on the lower level, allowing for a seamless connection to a charming patio and backyard. The gorgeous hardwood flooring, bathed in abundant natural light, harmonizes effortlessly with the stylish décor, elevating the modern aesthetic and fostering an irresistible indoor-outdoor ambiance.
Guest Access:
For the most convenient entry, we suggest parking in the driveway of Unit B. Guests are not permitted to utilize Unit A as this is owned by another tenant. Some closet spaces are closed.
The Neighborhood:
Within the Cherrywood neighborhood, you'll discover numerous local hangouts where residents gather and enjoy the vibrant community. We highly recommend exploring these popular gathering spots that are conveniently located within walking distance: Bird Bird Biscuit, Haymaker Sports Bar, Este (offering high-end Mexican dishes), Progress Coffee & Bar, Thunderbird, and School House Pub.

Situated to the Northeast of downtown, our location places you close to all the vibrant hot spots that ATX has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, Emerald Stay Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.
Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.
House Rules:
- Occupancy [ 6 ]
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation.
- Unauthorized parties and events are NOT allowed without prior written approval.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the other guests in the area.
- We kindly request that you remain mindful of noise levels during your stay, as Unit A is privately owned and unavailable for rent.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
Pet Policy:
- No pets allowed.
Parking Notes:
- There are 2 spaces in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fire and Safety Precautions:
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask that you refrain from using candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Please be very cautious with the window blinds. Some go the opposite way of the others due to door handle placements.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
