Free parking in the driveway for at least two vehicles plus unlimited street parking. Walking distance to South Congress, Lady Bird Lake, Big Stacy and Little Stacy neighborhood parks and pools. Less than 10 miles from the airport, only a few miles to downtown or Zilker Park, and less than 5 miles to the University of Texas.

The neighborhood is also full of historic charm, tree-lined streets, and sidewalks that make it extremely walkable. Come spend time with us here and you will not be disappointed!

Our home sits on Travis Heights Boulevard in the heart of the neighborhood. It is a 1938 Tudor style home that maintains much of its original charm. It is a home that we personally lived in, and brought our children home to, and we hope that the love and care we put into the home shows.
