We stayed for a week in January 2023, and loved the house. The listing was accurate, and we quickly settled in. The house is remote, in Miloli'i, which was what we were looking for to get away and cook for ourselves while exploring the island. It's an hour from Kailua-Kona, and 2 hours from the North Island, and also the East such as with Hilo. 40 minutes to Kaleakekua Bay which is just perfect.
The kitchen had a couple incidental basics, and a good range of utensils and pots and pans. Charcoal BBQ is downstairs and we used it a couple times. Good place to cook and then eat on the lanai and take in the beautiful sunsets! Really great view of the ocean down below.
The beds were good, bathroom was nice, and the breeze kept everything cool. Partway throigh our trip, Naomi contacted us to ask us to check out early on our last day, at 8 am, and offered a refund for one night in return. While it was a little annoying to find that out while we were on our trip, it just made us make sure we were packed up the night before so we could go get breakfast out in town before flying home. Things happen. The hosts were friendly and communicative and kept a nice house!
Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.
