Cape May Bay Breeze Getaway

Spend your vacation at our beloved Bay Breeze. Set in N. Cape May, a short walk to the beac, spend the day at the water or take a stroll to watch stunning sunsets. A quick car ride brings you to shops & sites in Cape May, complete with Victorian flair. Enjoy fishing charters, whale & dolphin watching excursions, or visit local vineyards for a tasting. Love bird watching? Cape May is world renown. Our home is new to the market with all new furnishings, decor, and all you'll need.
The space
Enjoy full run of the house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, den, kitchen, dining area, patio with BBQ, and a yard with a garden. Park in the 2 car driveway. The house is stocked with most everything you’ll need to feel at home.
Guest access
Our house is your home. All rooms are open for your use during your stay. Only the garage is locked.
Other things to note
TVs on the main level and downstairs. There is wifi and access for you to hop onto your favorite streaming services. Just log in and enjoy. The house has central air/heat to keep you comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has its own unit with a remote you can use to set to your comfort. Beach towels and sunscreen are there for your use as are books, kitchen needs and a garden growing tomatoes, herbs and a tree full of figs. Enjoy whatever is ready to pick.

We had a great time staying in Cape May. The house was great, just as advertised. Everything was clean and communication was easy when needed. Would stay again and recommend to others

Great group house!

Perfect place for us—comfy beds, accommodating kitchen and great common spaces. Lovely neighborhood. And the vegetables from your garden were delicious!

I love Cape May

Great location for us. Close to our other Family and the Fireworks/Carnival along the beach. There was actually more room than we needed for our group, and we were mostly out and only slept here, but the downstairs rec room was very large and I could see entertaining there.

Good energy space by the bay

One family of four and one couple and this space was pretty perfect. The downstairs bedroom is quite private and has its own entrance. Wonderful mature fig tree and herb garden along with plentiful tomatoes and zucchini in the garden! The walk to the bay was pleasant. We truly enjoyed the stay!

Great stay

We spent a long weekend at this adorable getaway. Perfect for 6 girls on a bachelorette. We walked to the beach which took about 10 minutes, visited a winery and took an Uber to Washington square mall. Fit 3 cars in the driveway, it was lovely. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed stay but home needs some updates

Owner was very responsive before our stay—it made everything much easier. I also wanted to share some feedback about our visit. While we enjoyed our time overall, there were a few areas where we felt the home could use some updates: 1. With a group of seven, getting ready for a wedding on Friday was a bit challenging since there’s only one shower. Other bathroom only has a tub with no shower head. It might be helpful to note this more clearly on the VRBO listing. 2. Adding blinds to the windows in the bedrooms would make a big difference, as would including lamps in each of the rooms. 3. The outdoor seating and areas could use a bit more cleaning, and it would be great if there were easier access to both side yards. 4. The kitchen was well-stocked, but we found that some of the stove burners weren’t working properly. Some updates could really enhance the overall experience for the price

Hi Dana, Thank you for your feedback! I would like to point out that our VRBO description we list a spacious four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home with one large walk in shower and a large jetted soaking tub large enough for two. While we do not use window blinds for cleanliness, we have blackout curtains on every window. All appliances in the home were ‘tuned up’ prior to the start of the season and are all working. We are also sensitive to the cost of vacationing in the area. For that reason, our home is offered at a price that is moderate for the size and amenities offered. I would also like mention your group charged your EV all week at no additional cost though that is not a typical offering with our home. I hope you will visit with us again.
