As soon as you step foot into Queens Abode, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet comfortable open living / dining area with tasteful decor.

The fully equipped kitchen is where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings.
Retreat to three comfortable bedrooms, which feature hybrid mattresses that allow you to rest after an exciting day in Charlotte.

Step onto backyard, where you can catch a breath of fresh air, and soak up the sun while relaxing in our comfortable sitting area and enjoy the extra large fence backyard with a huge pergola.

When you've had enough of the outdoors, you'll be able to retreat to the
living room and have a fun movie/board game night or a tournament to
decide who is the champion of classic games.

After an exciting day of enjoying Charlotte, you will be looking to rest for an equally entertaining next day. Once you are ready to relax, please make your way to these comfortable bedrooms.
*Primary Bedroom: Queen-Size Bed.

*Bedroom 3: 4 Custom made bunkbeds (We know you will love our bunkbeds, but please refrain from playing, jumping or rough playing on our bunkbeds. Our bunkbeds are designed for a peaceful and comfortable sleep, they are not designed for jumping and playing on them. We are not responsible for misuse of our bunk beds)

CLEANING *
Our home is sanitized thoroughly with 325 degree steam from our mattresses to our furniture as well as bathrooms, kitchen and floors. All our mattresses and standard bed pillows have allergy covers to protect our guests. (decorative pillows not included). All our linens are washed and dried in high temperature to provide our guests with the upmost sanitized linens and towels.

-Absolutely no parties or gatherings, only the number of guests in your reservation are allowed at any time.
-Local reservations are not allowed as this is a party risk. Exceptions can be made prior to booking, please reach out to us before you book our property to get a written approval.
-No smoking of any kind inside our home.
-No hair dyeing.
-Quiet hours 9:00 pm to 9:00 AM we love our neighbors and respect them.
-2 Dogs maximum are allowed free of charge. We know our guests appreciate a no fee home for dogs, all we ask is that you keep dogs off beds and clean after them.
