Loved the location,close to everything.Great views.Nice layout.Loved the pool.Quiet friendly complex well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked.Plenty of linens. Only negative was we found the couch and chairs in living room uncomfortable.

Last minute change

Was booked for another property. Last minute change worked out well. This property has some minor maintenance issues. Biggest concern was living are furniture. Kitch well-equipped.

Great location/But not very clean

Beautiful view of the ocean. I would want to know these things, so I am sharing. A charming place, but it needs lots of attention. The cleaning crew either is not cleaning or they don’t know how to clean. It was surface cleaned that’s it. The carpet is stained and dirty. The sheets on the beds needed to be washed before we could sleep in them. The main bathroom had a toilet brush that was rusty and dirty. Other visible things like items under the beds and smudges on the tables pointed to lack of care or knowledge while cleaning. I hope you find this helpful!

Dead bugs, live ants, carpet stains, great view

We found dead flies and ants all over the carpet in living room and bedrooms, but the toilet and sinks were clean as if the unit had been cleaned but sat empty for awhile. We reached out to rental company and they sent cleaners the next afternoon to vacuum and mop floor. There were dark stains on the living room and guest room carpet that did not come up when they vacuumed. The couch had red stain on middle seat and the couch and living room chairs were very uncomfortable. They had not cleaned behind the couch in awhile as I found some dried bread and large clumps of hair there along with ants crawling on couch and side tables. The front door and door lock had been screwed back in place as if someone had kicked in the door at some point. The view from patio was, however, wonderful and community pool was clean so with no other viable rental options, we stayed because of the view and pool.

Corner unit with full window views

The view with all the windows is spectacular! Needs are super comfy as well as the pillows. Only things that didn't work were the DVD player and couldn't get TV on in master but no biggie - we had the ocean to look at and hear! It was nice to have the beach chairs, cooler and cart with wheels - definitely a plus! Have to mention the view - awesome!

Everything we needed

The location was perfect, convenient shopping and dining. Condo has a crazy amount of dishes and cookware, anything you could ever need. Plenty of beach chairs and poolside seating. Great AC. A very positive experience!
