The house was perfect for our two families. Layout was great and it was nice to have access on ground floor to pool and grilling area right out of the kitchen on ground floor. Close to the beach , well stocked , excellent communication! We have stayed in many houses on Ami over the years and this is by far our favorite!

This place exceeded expectations. If you’re questioning if you should book this place the paneer is yes. We walked to the beach for sunset, fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. The pool, hot tub and outside area was so relaxing for the adults and kids. It was a true vacation for all of us. Nancy, the host was incredible and available when needed (she wasn’t because initial communication was very clear). It’s tranquil yet accessible, a dream

Our stay was amazing! Started with great communication from the owner with great recommendations for rentals during our week. This continued during our stay. The owner is wonderful and super responsive. Upon arrival, we were extremely happy with the location. Very short walk to the beach and many great restaurants and shops. The house was well appointed with great decorative finishes. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. The pool and back yard are great and felt very private. One of the best rentals we have ever experienced! 10/10!

Great family get-away

We had a great time at Serenia by the Sea. It was perfect for our extended family as we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms as well as enough communal space. The backyard was great with the private pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Loved it!

Lovely family vacation close to the beach.

Our family of 11, which included 4 kids from 18 mo to 10, really enjoyed our time in this beautiful and well appointed home. The beach was close by and the house and back yard pool area had plenty of areas for either relaxing or being active. Nancy, the property manager, was great.

Great big place, beautiful setting on the canal.

We loved our time here! Plenty of space to spread out during day but also gather for meals or movie watching at night. Close to beach with a wagon to wheel chairs & toys down. Host is super-responsive to any questions - but also gives a very organized set of information in advance of your stay/at property.
