Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin overall, but we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Dust, mold in the bathroom, and pet waste are certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We’ll be sharing your feedback with our housekeeping and management teams so these areas can be addressed and receive the additional deep cleaning they need. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
