This is the perfect place for a summer vacation with loved ones, offering an expansive deck with both sun and shade, a large yard where your kids can play, and a home game room with a pool table and darts.

Whether you spend your days golfing, birding, or lounging on Crane Beach or Coffins Beach (both are within seven miles), this home is a peaceful respite to return to in the afternoons. Sit back with a cold drink in an Adirondack chair on the front porch, light the gas grill for an evening barbecue on the back deck, and set the outdoor table for a sunset dinner. There's even a firepit on the grassy lawn where you can roast s'mores and swap stories of your daily adventures.

The interior is full of comfortable, social spaces, including an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining room, and a living room with a large sectional and a smart TV to watch in the warmth of the electric fireplace. Among the other special features of the house are a home fitness room, smart TVs throughout, a private washer/dryer, central AC, and radiant floor heat for your year-round comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
