This was a fantastic and spacious apartment! It was the perfect location for a visit with kids- easily walkable to Salem’s downtown and close to the train to Boston. The wine in the fridge was a nice touch!

We had a wonderful time and it was a great place to stay. We wish there was more seating in the dining area and full length mirrors in all bedrooms. Other than that, which is minor, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay for our yearly girls weekend. We each had our own room and a large table to play our games. The house is beautifully appointed and has the convenience of a short walk into town and an excellent bakery/coffee shop. Checking in and out is easy. Door codes worked well.

Had a great stay at Broom and Board. Was able to visit family / friends in the Beverly + Salem area and made the ride up to Southern NH to see my folks. Comfy beds, nice clean kitchen, and great location made for a good trip back home.

Salem girls trip

Had a fabulous time in Salem! The property was as pictured, and worked beautifully for our group of 7. It was clean, spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Location was great, and very walkable into downtown, we parked our car and did not need to use it our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Broom and Board was the perfect house for a girls trip to Salem! In total we had Eight girls and there was room for two more. The location was perfect and walking distance to the downtown Salem area! I’d definitely book this house again!

Three day stay

My family and I were in town for a funeral. The location was close to where the services were as well as being within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. Kitchen has great appliances and lots of cookware and dishes. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Wedding Stay
