Life proof laminate floors throughout, storm proof windows and doors and ceramic tile Mediterranean style roof. Also includes access to semi outdoor tranquility garden room on property. Home Sleeps up to 4 adults. No smoking, no cats, no dogs over 20lbs. Pet deposit required. 30 days rental minimum. Application feee, Background check and security deposit required. Rates vary for snowbird seasonal and off season.
