The Space:
This beautiful unit has been updated to offer an amazing beach vacation experience. With PARTIAL views of the ocean from the balcony plus the new updates - you'll feel like you're in paradise. The condo features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with plenty of seating for all guests. The condo is located on the 1st level, meaning only a handful of stairs are required for entry! Located in a family friendly complex with 2 pools, a kids pool, along with 2 hot tubs (all subject to seasonal hours) - this is an amazing choice for a family getaway.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: From the parking lot, take approximately 5 stairs up to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code. **Stairs required**
Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Breakfast bar.
Family room: Large family room area. Cable + streaming services on the flat screen TV.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with queen bed. Includes dresser and flat-screen TV. Attached bathroom.
Bathroom 1: Vanity, toilet, and stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable double bed. Twin trundle.
Bathroom 2: Includes a full shower/tub.
Balcony: Spacious! PARTIAL views of the ocean (Please refer to the photos). Incredible for sunrises!
Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.
Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.
Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
**Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door**
For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during reservation.
Important Note: The HOA will be replacing all roof shingles starting around September 15, 2025. The project may take up to 8 weeks to complete, so please expect some construction activity during this time.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 5.
Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
