We stayed here on our way back from Yellowstone. It was the perfect place yo reset and relax. Great views, tons of space and the kids loved the video games! 10 out of 10 reccomend.

Perfect spot for our little family vacation. The cabin was very clean and nice with an incredible view of Bear Lake.We loved having access to Ideal Beach, which was very convenient and easy to access; very close to the cabin to get back to and rest.The cabin was well stocked. We had three little families and there was plenty of room for all of us.Great place to stay if you are headed to Bear Lake!

The cabin was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the grandkids to play and enjoy the space. The view of the lake from the back deck was amazing. We spend a lot of time out there to visit and enjoy the view. There was ample cookware, dishes, utensils, or anything we needed in the kitchen. The parking was truly heavenly because we had four cars and anyone could come or go without juggling cars around. The host, Jake was very responsive to any questions I had and was always willing to help. We would definitely go there again. The whole family loved it. Thank you, Jake for a great experience!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying here while in Bear Lake! The views are stunning and the house layout was perfect for our two families. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs and we enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

The property itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, there were several issues with the listing and our overall stay. We had a large group staying at the house, and the dishwasher was leaking and unusable for the entire stay. We immediately notified the owner when we discovered water leaking everywhere, and he appeared surprised. However, the water valve had been manually shut off, which made us feel that the issue may have been known beforehand. Because we were expecting to have a working dishwasher, having to wash a large number of dishes by hand after every meal was particularly inconvenient. The listing also states that the home has five bedrooms, but only two of the rooms had closets. Additionally, the upstairs bedroom and bathroom had extremely low ceilings, to the point that an average-height adult would hit their head. These spaces would probably be more suitable for children. The heating and air conditioning was another significant issue. The upstairs became uncomfortably hot, while the downstairs was so cold that we were shivering, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the house. Finally, we found the checkout experience uncomfortable. Checkout was at 10am but someone was already inside the house at 9:50am preparing to clean and ensuring that we were leaving. We felt rushed and uncomfortable as a result. Overall, while the property itself was beautiful, the inaccurate listing and maintenance issues made this less than an ideal stay.

It was gorgeous! It is rather high up in the hills, but actually the drive was beautiful and simple. The place was clean, spacious, and everything was running up to par, including the hot tub. The view was breathtaking. We were a little sad to be so far from the lake but once you see the view, that doesn't matter at all! There were plenty of beds, towels, soaps and kitchen ware for all 10 in our group. We did most of our cooking and eating there so that was so helpful! I'd definitely come back and would recommend for sure.

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone for their Bear Lake vacation! Our favorite part of this house was the patio with its beautiful views of the lake and the sunrise/sunset! I liked the seclusion of the neighborhood up on the hills and even spotted some wildlife from the patio. The house was clean and extremely well stocked with bathroom essentials, toys for the kids, games, blankets, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner every night for our big group of 17 and we all had plenty of space.

Family vacation

Great view! Nice clean property, little things could have been cleaned better.. like cupboards and drawers wiped out but overall clean.. kids loved the video games.. great size.. plenty of room..10 people in total... plenty of dishes and appliances... filter on fridge needed replaced and beeped everytime you used it..a little annoying but nothing dire.. hot tub was nice and clean.. the Ideal beach pass was the biggest hit.. nice beach.. Plenty of games.. small swimming pool.. cute welcoming gift of licorice they everybody loved.. hosts were awesome and available to answer any question... no matter how silly it seemed .. would recommend..

This property was absolutely perfect for our group. 2 families, each with 2 kids ranging in ages from 2-13. The house had everything we needed to make family dinners each night and plenty of space to sprawl out after. The views of Bear Lake are amazing!! It also was a bonus to have a pass to Ideal Beach. We were able to park all day over there and rent a pontoon boat right on property. We had the best day!! We would definitely rent this place again!!
