Luxurious, large, , pet friendly property in Carbis Bay, St Ives, perfect for extended family and friends. This delightful and spacious modern home boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 full double beds, 2 with en-suite, as well as a family bathroom. At the heart of the home is a large reverse level open-plan kitchen dining area with sea views and bifold doors onto a huge balcony with additional far reaching views to the Hayle Estuary. The balcony has a cosy corner seating area with gas fire pit and duel fuel barbecue as well as table and chairs for al fresco dining and lounging. The large but cosy living room includes a small double sofa-bed. There is also a garden room for reading, relaxing and working. Full central heating and immediate hot water, utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Off road parking for 4 cars. Max occupancy 10.

We came to St Ives on our honeymoon and fell in love with the place. After coming back most years and having travelled extensively around the country, we decided this was the most beautiful place in the UK. We bought our house 3 years ago and remodelled the whole building. We flipped it to make the most of the sea view and built the extension and stunning balcony. We have made it into a wonderful home which we are now excited to share with guests while we are away travelling.

We love the peace and quiet of our neighbourhood for when you want to escape the hustle and bustle of St Ives. You can walk down to Carbis Bay Beach with it's lovely bars, brasserie and restaurant, walk along the beautiful coastal path to St Ives or in the opposite direction to Porthkidney Beach, which is suitable for surfing and dog friendly. Alternatively you can explore the paths of the Steeple Country Park at the end of our road and climb up to Knill's Monument for breathtaking views of St Ives Bay and a far reaching vista across to Mounts Bay on the other side of the peninsular.
