Family Reunion

The house is perfect for family and friends. We had deer in the yard every day which was an added bonus. Very peaceful area and just a very short drive to stores and entertainment.

Lakehouse dream!

This is THE NICEST PLACE!! I can't say enough about it or it's owners. Impeccable, beautiful, great location, etc.....we have found our home whenever we come to Lake Anna to visit family! Look no further than this place! It's all around perfect in every way! 10 STARS!!!

The house and property is it as advertised. Michael and Rachel are perfect hosts and we strongly recommend staying at this property. It has easy access to the lake to include a slip for the boat. The house is nicely updated, very clean and very comfortable. We strongly recommend you giving this consideration for a great stay at the lake. We will stay here again.

Best vacation ever

This past week was amazing. We spent the mornings and evenings at the house and all day long on the lake. The house was absolutely perfect. We brought our boat and kept it in the private slip all week so it was no issue getting out on the water daily. The host was amazing as well. Any questions we had he was very quick to get back to us with anyi info we needed . We are definitely look

Stellar new house in near Lake Anne

This is a lovely and newly renovated place with great amenities. Plentiful hot water for four people getting showers on short succession. A nice kitchen. The lake access is several blocks away, but it is a nice dock. The fire pit out back is a nice touch (and the owner left us a s’mores kit which we made nice use of on our last night). My only dissatisfaction is the WiFi - super-slow! If that were amped up, this property would be nearly perfect.

Great location -quiet, beautiful area. We could see the lake and wonderful sunrises while drinking our coffee on the deck through the trees in March. The home was spotless, modern and well stocked w/kitchen items; Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Loved the pullout kitchen tool cupboard. A lot of thought was taken to make our time there enjoyable and stress free.We enjoyed shooting hoops at the outside basketball net & evening games at the dining room table that were supplied. We had no problem with the WiFi. The owner is the fastest responder of messages I have ever dealt with - that is an added plus. Highly recommend this lovely home!

We loved coming to Lake Anna so much, we purchased a home here so we could enjoy 'Lake Life' any time we wanted! Close to Washington DC, Northern VA and Richmond, it makes for a convenient get away from the busy surrounding metro areas.
