Enjoy 5 large bedrooms, sleeps 10 guest includes a king bed, three queen beds, and a bunk bed, along with 3 Full bathrooms featuring showers and one jetted bathtub. Guests will have a restful and relaxing stay. The property has a boat slip, a large front yard, and amenities like a washing machine and dryer, heating, AC, and Wi-Fi. The lake/beach and play area for kids is directly across the street (2-minute walk). There is access to pool, tennis court and club house. There are all new kitchen appliances, smoothie and coffee maker to enjoy a fresh cup in the morning. Enjoy the peaceful living that "The Waters at Lake Anna" has to offer when you stay at our place.

We enjoyed our stay. The community pool and beach area were very nice and such a wonderful amenity. The house was clean, freshly painted and the flooring was brand-new as were the appliances. The host was very responsive to our question using the VRBO app.

Hi, I’m Kimberly! I’m in southwest Virginia near the North Carolina state line. I love meeting people from different cultures, discovering great food spots, and sharing local recommendations that make a trip feel more authentic.

Hosting gives me the chance to create a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can relax and feel at home, whether they’re visiting for work, adventure, or just a quick getaway. I enjoy thoughtful details, clean spaces, and making sure guests have everything they need for a smooth stay.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll usually find me exploring new cafés, traveling, staying active (i.e., biking, yoga, Pilates), or spending time with friends and family. I’m always happy to share tips on places to eat, things to do, and hidden gems around the area.

The community is very peaceful and quiet and great for morning walks or evening walks. Fresh air to help start your day! Cozy lake/beach front directly across the street (2 min. short walk).

This property has been remolded with new fresh paint throughout the entire house and new flooring throughout the house. There is new kitchen appliances, smoothie and coffee maker. The screened in porch has a quiet sitting area for family to unwind and share long conversations. The front yard is large enough for kids to play small games such as soccer!
