Our condo F10 at Sage Creek was perfect. The condo is a large, corner unit on the top/3rd floor. The view isn't spectacular, as the building is adjacent to the main road/freeway and during our stay there was a lot of construction equipment and work-in-progress to build additional units, but it does have two balconies and a nice view of the pool area. The street noise is just a little loud, but we still enjoyed sitting outside. The condo is nicely decorated and everything was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace did not work during our visit, but the host offered to have maintenance come work on it. We declined since it was a short trip and the weather was in the 80s, so the fireplace would have been nice ambiance but wasn't necessary and not having it didn't impact the comfort or enjoyment of our stay at all. The master bath shower is HUGE and luxurious, and the water pressure and showerheads in both baths were really nice. The small touches, like plenty of shampoo/conditioner, lotion, extra towels, etc. showed the host kept hospitality and comfort in mind. We highly recommend Sage Creek unit F10 and will seek it out again if/when we return to Moab. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
