The house is amazing! Everything was top notch! Fully stocked with everything you would need. The boat was icing on the cake! Jay is so pleasant. The time flew by and I can honestly say we were not ready to leave! We are already booked for next year!

Everything was excellent ! Relaxing week in a great location. Highly suggest the boat rental as we used it daily to go for lunch/ early dinner etc.

Beautiful house and great location for boating

Our family had a great vacation. 10/10!! The house and pool area are absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We rented the boat and used it almost everyday. My son fished off the dock and caught a snapper. The location of the house is perfect for boating and close to lots of great restaurants if you’re boating or driving. The check-in was simple and Jay was super responsive.

Amazing stay!

Amazing house! The location, set up, amenities and view were perfect. Jay was a super responsive host and we enjoyed the boat, fishing, pool, grill and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a picturesque canal near everything. Would highly recommend for familes.

Unexpected surprise after the hurricane!

Very spacious as there was 3 couples, very clean and peaceful being at the end of the road. Would recommend this house for all travelers, also the hot tub was wonderful.

Boaters Dream

This home is situated in an incredible location, with the added bonus of boat rental options! The Cape Coral area truly transformed into a boater's paradise for us. Our family has always had a passion for the water, and exploring the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. The house was the perfect size for accommodating our friends and family during their visits. The owner provided everything we needed, from beach towels to fishing poles. We're already looking forward to our next trip back!

Absolutely amazing

By far one of the top properties that we've stayed in. We've stay in VRBO properties for many years in many different locations, but this one was awesome. We were a little hesitant because of recent hurricane and just some of the negative feedback from the area. The house, owner/property manager, boat rental,etc were all wonderful. Totally worth the stay!

Outstanding!

Hard to summarize this property with all of its amazing amenities! The house was just beautiful, and the communication with a host was spot on. My family loved the pool, but renting the boat was the icing on the cake! Enjoyed the many waterways and restaurants, with daily views of dolphins. Highly recommend. Will rent again!

I have rented from VRBO/Homeaway for about 20 yrs and this rental had everything we needed. It seems minor, but not having to pack beach towels and chairs, was HUGE! Often the kitchen accessories are limited, but not here. Great house, close to the river and gulf...Will definitely rent again.

We are a family of 4, including school age twins. We love to travel. When we traveled to Ft. Myers year ago, we found Cape Coral. Being a boating family....we decided this is where we wanted to be when we vacation! It has the proximity to big beaches and the Gulf, but a Hometown/neighborhood feel...away from all of the High Rise buildings and Spring Break craziness!

We LOVE the Cape! This is our second home purchased here, and we spend as much time getting away from the cold weather up North, as we can! Cape Coral is a boating community. We have our boat for rent to experienced boaters. 1500/week + taxes and $200 Captain's fee.
