This stunning four bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks to high School and Junior high and right off Country Club Road. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 4 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Outdoor covered patio with fire pit. Upscale restoration Hardware decorations, 3 new TV's, amazing kitchen. *ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO SHOES*

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level of the home. The master has a Spa like shower and bathroom.

There is one bedroom suite on the first level all by itself and does not require any stairs. It has a wet bar, wine cooler and full en suite.

Home and rooms were new and beautiful. Accomodated our adult family of 8 perfectly. Host was remote and very communicative. Primary suite lacked an available closet, kitchen drawers were empty yet marked, do not use.

This is a beautiful house to gather at with big groups. It is incredibly luxurious and as huge outdoor and indoor spaces to gather. It could be excellent, however not enough towels for all guests (each bathroom only had one guest towel) and the towels in the laundry room, while still not enough were put away wet. I had to washed all towels when we arrived and have a guest bring towels from home. The refrigerator had a full shelf and a doof filled with someone else's food. Then the owner had groceries delivered that we had to use up more fridge space for and put away. We were traveling with a big group and I really needed more fridge space. The owners were in contact, a lot. Which at first was nice, but then was too much as it was about stuff that they should already had done or about their deliveries. Checkout time was also too early and the hosts were texting wanting to get back in.When we rent VRBO houses, I love to "try out" what it is like to live in these homes. I want to feel like it is ours. This home was so close but clearly the owners did not want you to use whole drawer or shelves or some amenities, such as the wine fridge or the sun shade.If the hosts want to keep renting their very pricy home out, I would suggest getting a management company to do so and making sure the house is guest ready. It would have been nice to offer a bottle of wine and a snack upon arrival as well. The little things matter. Make sure everything is well cleaned and cleaned out.

Thank you so much for your stay we greatly appreciate it. We are very sorry about the towels and called offering to bring new ones or send our cleaner but I think you had already washed.the towels. We have purchased 10 new towels for the property and they are there now. We did accidentally leave 2 sealed bowls of our breakfast muesli and I apologize for that oversight. The groceries delivered were sent by a previous guest and not by us. We would gladly had provided access to the shade on the patio as we have done this for many guests but were not aware of that request: Also we just were confirming when the guest was checking out and did not seek access to the house. We are fully committed to providing a great experience at this amazing house. Please read the rest of our reviews as our guests rave about the house, our hosting and the great experience. House is brand new, in perfect condition. I would recommend adding no-slip mats for the showers in the bathrooms.

We had a truly wonderful stay and can’t say enough positive things about both the home and the host. From the moment we booked, the communication was consistent, clear, and very thoughtful, which made the entire experience feel easy and well organized. The host was genuinely kind and went out of their way to be helpful, accommodating every request we had and making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.The space itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived, and it was stocked with everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our time without having to worry about the little things. The layout was comfortable, the home was quiet, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a pleasant experience for guests.The location was also a big highlight—very central and convenient to get to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. It was the best of both worlds: close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but quiet enough to relax and unwind at the end of the day.Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an attentive and responsive host. Ideal vacation home

Our family gathered at this beautiful property and enjoyed the clean, spacious rooms (in addition to the outdoor patio with a fire). Everything about this home reflected thoughtful design, making it the most wonderful place to relax. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Communication with owners was easy. We would highly recommend to others!

Perfect accommodations!

We stayed at Rod’s house while in town celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. This house was perfect for our family and even had a separate living space for my older parents. We had a small issue with the shower, but Rod helped us solve the problem immediately! We’ll be back!

It is also very close to everything in Lake Oswego and only 15 minutes to downtown Portland. It is in an upscale neighborhood of homes that cost upwards to $3-4 million. It is safe and secure.
