The space
Villa Marrakech offers the best of both worlds: complete seclusion on 3 fully-fenced acres ( 80+ Joshua Trees are on the property) and close proximity to downtown Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley.

The entire house and property is yours to enjoy. There is parking for multiple cars in the front driveway.
Other things to note
Pool Heating:
Should you wish to have the pool heated (85 degrees) during your stay, please notify us in advance of your arrival. There will be a supplemental per day charge for this service. Pool heating is for the entire length of your stay.

Pool Service:
To keep the pool as pristine as possible, the pool is serviced every Wednesday between 11:00am and 12:00 pm. Our pool technician, in order to respect your privacy, will enter via the gate and go directly to the backyard to work on the pool. He will not approach the house, but please be aware he will be there during this time.

Pest Service:
To keep the desert critters at bay, our pest technician will spray the exterior of the home every month. We try to schedule this while guests are not in the house.

Trash Service:
Trash and recycling bins are located by the main gate outside of the property. Trash service is every Wednesday.

Electric Vehicle Charger:
There is no fee to charge your electric vehicle. The charger is a Level 2 220v Telsa charger. You will need an adapter if you have a different vehicle.
