Just as described. It had everything you could need. Yes, it could use some updating, but it has that perfect, comfy, home feeling. You can sit for hours and just watch the water. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Absolutely would recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this property mainly because of its close location to my family and the pool (which definitely needs attention; it was clean but needs to be re-surfaced) and river view; in fact, we saw dolphins a couple times. It was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and it is spacious with large rooms. We did no cooking, so I cannot speak for the kitchen as far as meal prep, although the cabinets could use a thorough cleaning. The den and half bath were updated, but the rest of the house could use a bit of freshening up, such as paint, and it definitely needs pillow protectors and could use some newer linens. Communication with Kathy (the host) was quick and easy. Lastly, the property manager was nice enough, but I would prefer not to be visited by one unless initiated by me.

We had made this initial booking and then extended by a week because we enjoy staying here so much and we had an opportunity. Communication with Kathy was excellent and the check-in process was smooth. We spent much of our time in the covered outdoor area and in the pool. It is great to see so much wildlife in the lagoon and the contrast of rockets launching over the river. Great stay and we look forward to returning!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay again at this home! We saw dolphins every day and manatees often. Saw 5 rocket launches during our time. The house was, as always, very clean and well appointed. The pool and yard were meticulously maintained. Appreciated Bob and Missy's care and attention during our stay, and Kathy for making the house available for others to enjoy and always being quick to respond when contacted. We look forward to returning next year!

Amazing stay! Property was absolutely perfect for a week getaway. Pool was great, house has everything you could possibly need, very private, and we had amazing time fishing, and caught fish every day. Amazing view of the rocket launch was the icing on the cake. We absolutely will be back….

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this home. This is our second time to Titusville and can say this time was way better than last. We hope to stay in this home every visit going forward. The water out back was amazing. We witnessed stingrays and dolphins, daily! Bob, the property manager was great! Very friendly. You do have to drive through a trailer park to get to the house but they are friendly. Make sure you only go 5mph though!

Riverfront house

This was the 4th consecutive year that my wife and I have spent a week here. As always, the house was clean and well equipped! We love the views and the peaceful atmosphere. We saw three launches and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Bob and Missy were super friendly and helpful as always. Will definitely be making our 5th visit next year!

River front property

A great location across the river from the vehicle assembly building. We saw four rocket launches during our stay. Dolphin swam by almost everyday. The sun rises were gorgeous. The host and property manager are very friendly and responsive. The house has everything you need for great vacation.

A delightful 2 week respite from Ohio's winter

This home was perfect for my wife and I who were looking for a break from winter back north. The house is spacious and has all the amenities. The lanai and pool are outstanding as is the unobstructed view out over the Indian River Lagoon over the property's 200' seawall. We loved the deck from which we watched dolphins and pelicans feeding as well as stingrays in the clear shallow water below. We saw 3 nighttime launches from the Cape, 2 in one night! This is really the perfect place to watch, from the comfort of your vacation home. We are birders and this was a great base from which we could explore Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Blue Heron Wetlands, the Enchanted Forest and the other nature preserves of Brevard County. The house is just as it is advertised. It is an older home but has maintained very well. Looking at the Reader's Digest Condensed Books from the 1960s, you can travel back in time. That said, it had all of the amenities that we needed - a well stocked kitchen down to coffee grinders and blenders; a great covered patio by the pool where we watched sunrises; spacious rooms including the master bedroom and the family room/dining room. It was also tastefully decorated with art and artifacts that look like they have been lovingly collected over the years. Bob was great as the caretaker, available and accessible when we needed him. The approach to the house again is as it is advertised through a older mobile home park.We had a great stay!

Enjoyable stay

The property is really nice and the view is amazing. We enjoyed fishing and we especially enjoyed the space launches(we had never seen one before). The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The only concern was the dirty floor in the TV sitting room. The rest of the home was spotless.

Another great stay!

We always enjoy our stay here! It is clean and well maintained thanks to Missy and Bob who are great! Love to see dolphins from the pool area and the deck. Convenient to local shops that include Publix, Winn-Dixie, Target and Walmart, and local attractions like Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cape Canaveral, Twistee Treats and beaches. Kids took a surfing lesson at Ron Jon's which they enjoyed. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Baseball stay

We stayed at the house for a few week while our boy(s) played in a tournament at Space Coast Complex. The house was somewhat dated but clean. There were sugar ants in the kitchen and we had to go get some spray and ant traps. We made sure we booked a home with a washer and dryer because we were there playing baseball and would need to wash uniforms often. Upon arrival we were told we could only do one load of laundry every other day due to the age of their septic/well. Well that doesn’t work with 2 boys playing baseball all week. Overall, the stay was ok but the property definitely needs some updating.

Quiet Place to Relax

This was our second time staying at this home. First time was back in June 2022. Amazing view of KSC and rocket launches. Close to the beautiful Playlinda Beach. We saw dolphins almost every day. House is well equipped with laundry supplies and kitchen necessities.

Awesome Place!!!

This house sits right on the river. Absolutely beautiful views everyday! Launches directly across the river that are watchable from the great sized dock. Can watch manatees and dolphins also. The pool is the perfect temperature for the hot weather and the house is huge and beautiful!! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

the pool is very old chips around the whole pool area was not good needs a lot of update alot the drive to the house going thew the trailer park we almost turn around the only thing we like was the bay they didnt say nothing about you will have people coming down in the back yard until you get there thats not good when you look out the window and see people with there dogs in the back of the house i will not stay there agian or recomead for any one to stay there i dont even know if i ever want to rent from vrbo again

Beautiful location

Everything you need is within five miles. Groceries, gas, restaurants, auto parts, bait. Etc. the peace of being on the water is amazing. Large dinner table for gathering around or putting puzzle’s together and playing games with a crowd. Kitchen well supplied. Watched a launch and visited the local Moose even. Just a few miles from the port even. Enjoyed it so much.

Our parents moved to Florida from Massachusetts in 1960 and designed our family home to be built on the beautiful riverfront property in south Titusville at a time when the space program was just beginning. My sisters and our families currently live in New Smyrna Beach (FL), Tampa (FL), and Tilton (NH), but Titusville will always be 'home' for us.
