The house count with 2 parking spaces, one front to the house and the other in the right of the house. Self check-in to the property.

Other things to note
Pets are allowed, where you will find pots for water and food and a small bed in case you do not have one. Not party are permitted. Don’t smoke inside the house are not allowed. It’s an extra fee if the house smells like smoke.

Additional rules
We are dog friendly. There is an additional fee of $100 per stay. Please pick up after your dog and PLEASE use throws to protect our furniture.

One of my favorite things about this location is how close it is to the Indian River, where you can experience beautiful sunsets and even watch rocket launches from nearby Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. Guests also enjoy being just a short drive from Playalinda Beach, Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral cruise terminals, Orlando attractions, and Daytona Speedway.

The neighborhood is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and family-friendly activities, making everyday essentials easy to access.
