Welcome to The Sturdy Loft! A centrally located, newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath oasis. Every finish has been catered to make your getaway carefree and comfortable. Located in the heart of Valparaiso you will be a stones throw away from the university, a few minutes from downtown where you can partake in the wide array of Valparaiso’s favorite restaurants and under 20 minutes to Lake Michigan/Indiana Dunes. Nice clean space in a great location.

We were in Valpo for a swim meet, and this was very close to everything. Clean spaced stocked with everything you need. Great host with wonderful communication skills.

Perfect for family stay

We stayed at the condo for two nights for a family wedding. Hosts could not have been more helpful or kind. They were very friendly to my daughter when she wanted to chatter on at them. We all loved the location, amenities, and setup.

Great Valpo rental

I have family in Valpo, but they don’t have a lot of room for guests. With one son on leave from the Navy, space was even tighter. This rental was a perfect compromise! Clean, quiet, but minutes away from everything. Great place to stay!

Perfect Spot

This property is perfect for a longer stay with family. The three bedrooms all have REAL beds- king, queen, & a twin trundle. The closets in each room are a great size. Only the smallest room does not include a dresser. The fact that there are two bathrooms is also amazing! One has a full tub, the other is shower only. Kitchen, dining, living room are large and well equipped, the deck offers a nice grill and a pretty tree view. We enjoyed coffee out there each morning. There is not a sleeper couch, so additional beds are not available, and the couch is a little small. However- there’s a pack-n-go if you have a baby or toddler. Was super helpful to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We did have to wash linens, towels, and some clothes during our stay, so it was great to have. We asked for an iron and ironing board and those arrived next day. There was no hair dryer- so that’s something to consider bringing if you need it. The only thing I would have loved was a full-length mirror. We had an event to attend and it’s nice to be able to check out your entire outfit when you dress. Plus- with multiple people, it’s helpful to have additional mirrors near outlets so people can be getting ready outside of the bathroom, while others are showering. The location was so close to the university- and you could actually walk to downtown Valpo if you wanted to. We drove because it’s a little more of a trek than we wanted to make. Overall, a really perfect spot and a great, attentive host!

Good location, well supplied kitchen, well equipped with anything you could need. Allows for privacy when needed and shared spaces.

Fun in Roanoke

While visiting family in Roanoke, this was a great place to call home for a couple days. There were some items that needed attention and the owner actually listened to us and let us know they would be addressed so future travelers will have an even better experience than us.
