Excellent weekend stay!This was our first time to AMI, and we cannot imagine a better time. The room was fantastic, and at a great location. Everything we could have needed was included. I did have a couple questions for the owner in which he always responded promptly. All of the rooms were decorated nicely, and were fresh and new. Everything was within walking distance both north and south of the condo. We are from Marco Island and found AMI to have more of an authentic beach feel. The people are also more friendly, and polite. Simply put, we love it here and will be returning- frequently!Thank you Larry for a wonderful stay, and you will be hearing from us again!

Condo in Paradise

This was my first time using Vrbo so being somewhat skeptical of what you see online vs. what you get , but I have to say it was exactly what was advertised and exceeded my expectations. The unit was very clean, had everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It was just like home add some food to the fridge and you can cook a great meal. The location was excellent cross the street and you’re on the beach enjoying the sun and waves.,it’s also easy to get around the island.Due to time constraints I didn’t see all the attraction's,so I plan on returning in the future.I would rent this unit again as the process was easy and Larry was easy to communicate with during the process. I felt very comfortable staying in this place!

Positive- Great beach accessFree trolley stop is right outside the condo- Use it to go everywhere Downtown parking is impossible with city lots at 15 per hour. Condo is comfortable and with a new couch in the living room would be great.

Perfect place

This was the perfect rental for our small group. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. Owners were responsive and we enjoyed our stay! Only suggestion I have is to move the shower head over a little bit . I would book again!

Short Getaway

Wonderful Cozy Condo!

The property was conveniently located on Gulf Drive with an entrance to the beach directly across the street. The condo had everything we needed to make our beach day perfect. Beach toys, boogie boards, little cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. AC was nice and cold at night and black out shades were nice for sleeping in on mornings. Our family rented a golf cart to get around the lsland. We highly recommend. Convenient store close by and a supermarket down the road within 5 minutes. The owner was very responsive and booking was smooth. We would highly recommend!

4 Night Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was quaint, but had everything we needed. Right across the street from beach access, and lots of amenities for us to use. Was near a lot of things to do and just a short drive from the closest grocery store, and also within walking distance from a convenience store which was nice. Thanks for the stay!

Directly across from beach

Perfect location for easy beach access to come and go. We agree with others that the couch and bed are pretty worn and very soft. Kitchen had everything we needed and was great to have as we cooked meals each night. There were some basic stocked items missing such as shampoo or soap for the shower and laundry detergent but not a big deal for a short stay.

My wife and I had a great time at the condo. Its proximity to the beach was perfect for our needs. We spent most of our time at the beach or exploring the area. When we settled in for the evening, the condo was clean and cozy.

We are a young at heart couple in our 50's. We have 3 grown kids and 11 grand-kids. We love everything outdoors and that is why we love Anna Maria Island. We would love to share our place in Paradise with you.
We like to make our guest feel right at home.

It is right in the middle of the Island and walking distance to Restaurants and shops, there is also a free trolley that goes the length of the island with a stop in front of the condo. It is only steps from the white sand beach.

Unlike similar sunset celebrations in Florida tourist meccas such as Key West, there are no rowdy crowds, wall-to-wall bars or panhandlers. Also absent on Anna Maria are high-rise condos and chain hotels. You'll have to drive off-island for a McDonald's or Starbucks fix. It gives you the small town feel.
