Built to the highest quality by LUXJB & designed by Hank Stark, Villa MANDARIN offers a luxurious home away from home and a lucrative vacation rental. 📌HOUSE RULES:
1) PRE-BOOKING PROCESS: To comply with local regulations and to ensure the safety of yourself and others, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT & LOS ANGELES HOME-SHARING GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT, WHICH WILL BE SENT to your e-mail address via DOCUSIGN. (E-contract reflecting the same rules as below).

*In order to receive the rental contract, you must provide your e-mail address.
*After sending the booking request, and blocking the dates, you must sign the contract within 45 minutes.

2)🚫DO NOT BLOCK OFF the dates UNTIL YOU SIGN the RENTAL CONTRACT.

*By sending the “booking request” & BLOCKING OFF the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.

3) PRICE DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Rental price increases based on how many people are staying with you. To ensure the most accurate pricing, please provide the correct number of guests (including children) when submitting your inquiry.

> If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as ‘children’.

4) To comply with local jurisdiction, guests must be at least 21 years old to book the property.

5) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is charged or withheld directly by the host, not via VRBO, anytime after booking confirmation. If there are no issues, the security deposit will be refunded after check-out. Your money will only be used if there is damage to the property or a violation of house rules or LA CITY VRBO ORDINANCE.

> The deposit amount ranges from $10,000-$30,000, depending on the duration of the stay and other factors.

6) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our villa executives will personally greet guests at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual.

7) As the reservation holder, your presence is required at the check-in.

8) Check in is @4 pm, check out is @10 am.
> Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional cost.

9)🚫NO parties. NO loud music.

10) ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS: Any increase in the number of occupants must be communicated to the host in advance and may result in an increase in the booking amount.

13) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children.

> Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.

15) Private, in-house chef & maid & house keeping services are available, therefore, NO outside vendors, chefs permitted. Our team is here to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay.

CHEF: Rates vary depending on the menu & other variables. 15 days advance notice required. Final prices cannot be quoted until guest’s consultation.

16) POOL / SPA HEAT: If you want the pool heated, must give 48 hours notice prior to check in. Extra: $400 for the first day, $200/per day, each day after.

17) EXIT CLEANING FEE: Cleaning fee on invoice is for standard "EXIT" cleaning.

15) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings are not allowed. Please inquire to see photo shooting, filming & off site event rates & policies.

16) NO SMOKING/VAPING.

17) House rules violations may result in immediate eviction without refund for the remaining rental days and forfeiture of the security deposit.
