We stayed here from 12/27–1/2 and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Our family of five was in town for the Rose Bowl, and this place couldn’t have been a better home base. The house was immaculate when we arrived and felt comfortable and welcoming right away. The beds were excellent (everyone slept great), the towels and toiletries were top-notch, and there were more amenities than we expected — everything was really well thought out.The location was perfect too. We were close to so many great restaurants, and the views around the house were spectacular, especially in the mornings and evenings. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after busy days out. Overall, this was one of those stays where you immediately feel at home, and we’d absolutely come back. Backyard views alone made it worth every penny.
