Just steps from Sunset Boulevard, Sunset Tower Hotel, and The Sun Rose, this stunning 5-bedroom villa offers the perfect blend of privacy, space, and resort-style amenities in one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after neighborhoods, just minutes from Beverly Hills and the city’s best dining and nightlife.

Perfect for families, mature groups, or business travelers seeking comfort, privacy, and an elevated stay.

Step inside to a bright, open living area ideal for gathering and relaxation. The living room features plush seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, while the elegant dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, cookware, and utensils for effortless entertaining.

The private downstairs suite provides a versatile retreat with a separate entrance, bar, office area, queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a powder room conveniently located beside it—perfect for work, relaxation, or hosting additional guests with added privacy.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a serene sanctuary with a king-size bed, luxurious bedding, flat-screen TV, and a spa-style ensuite featuring a jacuzzi tub, walk-in steam shower, and double sinks. Regina was an excellent host and the house was amazing. So much to do and close to lots of LA hot spots. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, basketball and tennis courts. The property was clean and comfortable and the sauna was a nice way to unwind after all the walking. The house was equipped with every amenity and made travel that much easier. I would absolutely recommend this property for a family.
