Newly remodeled 3bd, 2ba pet-friendly modern home with private fenced in yard on notorious Blair St in Silverton.



The Space:

The spacious and bright Stu Dog's House is the premier location on historic Blair St. in Silverton! Fully stocked kitchen for dining in, complete with a whole house water filtration system, a cozy wood stove, and a fenced backyard space for relaxing after a day out adventuring. The home is pet friendly (with pet fee), offers ample parking on a corner lot, and features a large entry and gear room with a boot dryer for storing all of your outdoor equipment. Located just one block from shops, restaurants, and the San Juan County Historical Museum .



*this house has a locked off, adjoining owner-occupied unit

* Pets must be pre approved, agree to terms, and pay fees.



Guest Access:

Whole house, fenced in backyard space, and lots of parking for vehicles and trailers



Other Things to Note:

Please use dog bedding and towels provided. Please cover couches and beds with provided waterproof dog blankets. Please use dog towels to wipe down wet pups. This is all in the entry room.

Great location - 2 min or less walk to downtown and all restaurants. Very clean house with a good fenced in yard for our dog. The hosts were easy to reach and friendly. This is a great place to stay in a beautiful town!!

Wonderful home to stay in Silverton. Bonus for having a nice fenced in yard for our dogs. Felt like having a home away home. Very clean and spacious! Definitely recommend you wont be disappointed!

Best Experience Ever!

We visit Silverton every summer and this was the best experience to date. I definitely will be booking this house from now on! Very clean, large open kitchen/living room floor plan, plenty of room for my 2 adult children w/ their spouses, 3 grandchildren, my husband and myself. Dogs are welcome. Great fenced back yard/patio area! So well stocked with necessities. Great location to walk around town. Easy check in/check out! Plenty of parking. I would rate this house and experience 10/10.

Amazing House

We stayed here for our wedding. It was so special to have a gathering place for our families, and being able have our dog with us was just the cherry on top of an amazing couple of days. The location is perfect for walking around town. The area is gorgeous and was a beautiful place to get married. Having this central location for all the memories and staring married life together was truly amazing. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay

This property is a gem. It was decorated so cute. It had everything you might need. I loved the backyard with gas fire pit. Views were amazing. Beds were super comfortable. It's set up great for outdoor activities like trail riding with motorcycles, which our group did. The mudroom was amazing. I hope to come back and stay here again. Communication was great with managers and owners. Highly recommend!

Just fabulous!

We absolutely loved everything about this house! It was perfect for our week long stay with friends. The kitchen and living area are very spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed grilling some meals out in the backyard. The location is great as well, just one block over from main street. My husband and I have been coming to Silverton for the last 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed at so far. And it's super dog friendly!!!! They even have a bunch of dog toys. Looking forward to coming back as soon as possible. Thanks!

Awesome Adventure

The property was above all expectations. The kitchen was superbly stocked and equipped for meal preparation for a large group it was above any I’ve ever seen before. The bathrooms were amazing with all linens and necessities better than a 5 star hotel, the bedrooms were wonderful, the house was decorated and was as comfortable as anything I have seen before. Highly recommend does not give the attention to detail justice. All we can say is it was a pleasure to stay here.

Awesome all around!

Great house, great location, great communication, great stay! Thanks so much Dan and Stu! We booked pretty last minute and Dan was very accommodating and easy going. The house is just a couple blocks from all the action on Notorious Blair Street, but it was still nice and quiet, even during the busy train rush. We loved how the house was designed and decorated, and it's as clean as it gets. We felt right at home, and it made memories we will never forget. We can't wait to come back for a second stay. Thanks again Dan and Stu!

Sharing the bounty of outdoor activities and relative solitude of this part of Colorado with our guests is a passion of ours. Guiding whitewater rafting trips and backcountry skiing is my profession and Silverton boasts world class outdoor experiences. I look forward to you staying here and enjoying everything the house and Silverton area has to offer!

This neighborhood is great in so many ways. The house is a large corner lot centrally located in town. It is one block from restaurants and shops with quick and easy access to all the adventures in the Silverton area. The neighbors are all great people and there is a strong micro-community on our block of Blair St.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home underwent a full remodel, stripped down to the framing. Everything from plumbing to electric to heating is new. Most homes in Silverton claim being remodeled but that just means a fresh coat of paint and some tile work. It also has a large, nicely xeriscaped backyard with a full height privacy fence which is uncommon in Silverton. The bedrooms and open living spaces are large for Silverton standards. This house lives big and offers great privacy while also being right in the downtown area.
