Cozy and warm, lovely setting. Great for families.

Great house, clean and comfortable with good amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. Owners might consider adding better lighting throughout and replacing the dishwasher. Otherwise a comfy house.

The living room area is five star but the rest of the house is dark and the lighting does not seem to be sufficient. The kitchen was stocked well and the hot tub worked great. Also the TV was extremely hard to figure out and we had to have management help us out.

Great place for kids!!

We had a fantastic time in Sunriver and at 4 Flat Top. This place was totally set up for fun for all ages! Bikes! Pool table! Hot tub! DVDs! Foosball! Comfy couches to socialize! A great deck for adults to hang! Only things that might improve this location would be a bigger kitchen....it's only a two-butt kitchen and air conditioning. Upstairs got a little heated but the basement stayed nice and cool. The location was great and fun was had by all!! Thank you!

Unsatisfied

We often go to Sunriver and rent but this experience have been very different. The bedroom smell of urine and not just muggy. We aired it out. The internet did not work, the freezer smell of old fish, and the shower head was like razor sharp without adjustment abilities not so great for kids. We called the Mtn resort properties and their only suggestion was that we fill out a form at the office. Nothing was to be done for our three paid night stay. She suggested we wait till management contact us and it would be "when they get back from vacation". We have already made plans to be here for skiing so we bought smelly spray and stayed mostly away from the house. In addition, when I mentioned the internet is not working to the resort lady, she made it seem it was our fault for not checking in to know that it wasn't working. I could also tell she did not want to hear of our problems. These are standard cleanliness conditions that I think should be for rentals or just courtesy as a customer service rep to make us want to rent from these properties again.

Amazing cabin in the woods

We loved our stay in the cabin at 4 Flat Top. We have been renting various homes in Sunriver for over a decade, and this has been one of the most spacious and best laid out homes we have stayed at. The downstairs is total kid/teen heaven with a pool table, video games, and ample space to run around and be wild. The upstairs furniture is very comfortable and looks very nice (leather sofas). The decor is charming and the antler chandelier is gorgeous. The house was very clean and kept up. We loved the cozy cabin feel of the house.

Good location house very dated

House has not been updated since built probably 40 years ago. Good for large family. Very dark inside with all wood. No painted or white surfaces anywhere. They have installed energy saving bulbs everywhere which only makes it worse. Late afternoon sun blasts into living room and all of the shades have been taken down. Probably because they broke or deteriorated, they were roller shades. We would not rent it again. It was clean
