Welcome to our single-level 2400 sq. ft. home in West Sedona, newly built in 2021. We are located within minutes to Sedona`s best hiking, grocery stores, galleries, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and shopping.



Walk or bike to the best trails in town! 7 minute walk to Sugarloaf Trailhead.



The house comfortably sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 1 King, 3 Queen, and 2 Full beds plus a sleeper sofa and three luxurious bathrooms. This is the perfect home for families, groups, and retreats.

We are not located onsite but are available remotely as needed.



The house is in a quiet neighborhood where it is common to see javelinas and deer in the yard. There are numerous biking and hiking trails within walking distance. The views of the mountains in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Coffee Pot for breakfast, Fresh & Natural Thai for Asian fast food, Fiesta Mexica and Tortas De Fuego Mexican eatery and Oak Creek brewery for a wide selection of beer. There are several shops and eating places within walking distance. Three energy vortexes (Airport Mesa, Boynton and Red Rock State Park) within 10 minutes driving distance.

We enjoyed our stay at their place. The house was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and located in a beautiful neighborhood.The host was very friendly, communicative, and quick to respond. They provided helpful instructions and information before check-in, and when we asked about the javelinas late at night, they replied promptly.Just a heads-up for travelers: there are roaming javelinas in the area. We saw a few in the backyard, so be sure not to leave doors open and avoid leaving kids or pets unattended.

Check in and out was a breeze. Only downfall was the towels had a musty smell and the pots and pans werent the best. But the house was amazing really. The kids wanted to stay FOREVER. area attractions are phenomenal. But you better get up early. Beds were firm. Pillows soft. Smelled of fresh pine

Clean, Beautiful Spot in Sedona

Great house that was clean and well appointed. Kids loved the putting green and the fire pit was a great spot for cold March nights. Barbecue grill was in beautiful shape and the kitchen was easy to cook in with everything you need. Side note - I hate when you go to a VRBO and they don't provide the little things (a roll of paper towels/a couple dishwasher pods). This one had a few of everything. We also used it as a jump off point for a few short hikes - to Sugarloaf Mountain. The more adventurous could even make it down to Soldiers Pass trailhead. Would highly recommend!

The property is new and very clean. It’s close to the shops and restaurants in Sedona, and many hiking places within 30mins drive. Definitely recommend for large group or family!

Amazing house

Our stay was amazing. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, did I say clean? It felt as if we were staying in a brand new home. It is very well situated close to restaurants and stores. Very easy to find and with a stunning mountain view. The kitchen appliances were modern and the kitchen was spacious and open. The rooms were large, and the bathrooms very clean. Everything felt modern, new and clean. Everyone in my family was very happy with our stay.

Far exceeded expectations!

If you are considering booking this property, just do it. Home has 4 oversized bedrooms. Kitchen, dining table and living area are excellent for family to enjoy time together. Everything was super clean! Short distance to great hiking for all ages. Restaurants and grocery stores all very close. Communication with host was very easy and checkin was great! We had a lovely stay for our adult family and children ages 8 months and 3 years old.

Great home base!

We settled into this house easily. Nice large space with big bedrooms. All basic amenities were ready for us and having the grocery a few blocks away made stocking the kitchen easy.
