The only problem we had was we could not see the numbers on our key pad at night because the light was out. Every night I would say I am going to call and would forget until we come back from dinner. We hope we can book the same condo next September. Thanks again Brooks and Shore for a great vacation. 22nd year with yall and have enjoyed every one of them.

All of the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Maintenance had to be called due to the master bath drain being clogged and flooded the floor. The hot tub stopped working. Few days later maintenance was called again due to the ac going out. We were moved to a different unit in a different building. That unit was outdated and a cheaper price, but we were not offered any type of refund despite being moved to a cheaper priced condo. Both units needed to be cleaned better.

Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

Soooo relaxing. The couch was soooo nice to have plenty of room for all of us. Everything was just perfect. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. The new table and chairs were so nice and so comfy. Also the washer and dryer were so nice and big, versus those tiny ones in most condos. The complimentary umbrellas and chairs were so nice. Jake (the umbrella guy) took great care of us. Also, we ate at Old Bay Steamer across the street and the food was amazing!

The unit is spacious and updated with wonderful views overlooking the pools and the ocean. Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect

We stay at summer place every year for near 10 years now. Never disappoints. Staff is terrific, location phenomenal! We brought our parents this year to celebrate their 60th Anniversary!!!! and they loved it! Thanks again! See ya next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a family, we have stayed in many of the resorts along the Ft. Walton beach area and I have to say 302 has probably been our favorite. We loved the kitchen and the living room, especially the couch, which was probably my favorite part. The only complain would be the size of the beds in the third bedroom. I think some extra furniture was added such as small dressers, which left less room for the beds and also made the room feel smaller. Most of the dressers were unused due to us just living out of suit cases anyway. Other than that, we will definitely be booking here next year.
