Great ocean view! We enjoyed our week there. The condo is really spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and utensils, much better than other places we have stayed. Chair attendant on the beach was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Summer Place multiple times. This condo was definitely our favorite - the location, the space, the amenities. The kitchen was stocked so well! When we didn’t find enough washcloths, more were delivered promptly. When we had a clogged drain, someone was sent almost immediately. VERY happy with our stay!!

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Our Favorite Place! Spacious, Clean, BEST view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is literally our favorite place. We LOVE FWB and this is the most perfect place to stay. Perfect location, beautiful views, so spacious and clean. The balcony is so nice. Having 3 bathrooms and bathrooms is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pools and hot tub are spotless (the guy is out there cleaning every single morning). The umbrella service with the chairs is so perfect! It's a very family friendly beach also. Not a party place and so peaceful. We love EVERY single thing about this place and feel so blessed every time we get to go. We have gone every other year (and one time 3 years in a row) for years. I can't wait to go back! Also Brooks and Shorey are amazing and super responsive every time I email or call them.
