Offering one large bedroom with 2 queen beds, spacious living room with sleep sofa, full bathroom and private screened porch overlooking White’s Creek. There is a Blackstone grill for your BBQ’s and icemaker & cooler available for your day at the beach. This waterfront oasis offers private pool and shared boat dock. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing or bring the boat for easy access to the Indian River Marina. Located 2 miles to Bethany Beach and a short drive to Dewey Beach, Rehoboth, Lewes and Ocean City, MD. Great location offering easy access to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, biking/walking trails and championship golf courses. Come stay and play!

Originally from Philadelphia, Nicole Peterdozzi moved to the Eastern shore in 1998. She discovered an instant love for the beach and a passion for helping others relocate to the beautiful area she found to be paradise.
Nicole is a twenty year veteran to real estate and has worked in marketing, rentals, and most prominently sales. Nicole's unparalleled work ethic is a rare quality in her profession. Her phone is on 24/7 with no exceptions and she is ready to assist you at all hours. She is dedicated to her clients from initial contact to far beyond the closing date of any deal. She is honest, loyal and dependable. In fact, she has never had a dissatisfied client. She is fully dedicated to making your entire transaction smooth and transparent.
Nicole has received many prestigious awards throughout her two decades of sales experiences, but what she truly values most is the friendships she has made throughout her career.
