The home is within walking distance to 2 great restaurants and a golf course. The house is also close to a grocery store, liquor store and 1 mile from downtown Clayton on Riverside Drive. This home is suitable for 6 people and has a large outdoor area. Come stay with us in the beautiful 1000 Islands!

Very clean and pleasant home

We had a very pleasant stay at this home. Owner was very courteous and explained us everything in the home. The home is close to many sightseeing places in Thousand Islands region

We found this property exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased to find that the property had views of the shipping channel allowing us to see ships passing through the Seaway. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood . The outside grill and patio area allowed the children and dogs a safe place to play. We had a minor leak in the kitchen which the owner repaired the same day! This property is a great place to stay..

Wonderful Rental

House was wonderful. Weekend stay with our adult children visiting family in Clayton. House had plenty of room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking away from home. Within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant. Greg was a great host. Looking forward to booking in the future.

Greg did a great job remodeling. Everything was new, clean, beautiful decor. The theme was by the river. I walked everyday and could see the water. His customer service is impeccable. I appreciate doing business with Greg, if it is available again I will choose his place again.

Beautiful place and very clean!

The house is very nice, both inside and out, and so clean! It has comfy, reclining couches, several smart TVs, and a super comfy, memory foam king bed in the master bedroom. It was just the two of us, so we didn’t try the other beds. Our little dog loved having the fenced in backyard to run around in, and we loved sitting outside on the little patio. The master bathroom is huge, with a wide stall shower and amazing water pressure. Greg is very welcoming and right across the street if you need something, but he stays out of your way unless you contact him. Perfect host! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
