Very nice house !

This was our 2nd time staying here and hopefully not our last. The only complaints I heard were about the beds being too soft or too hard, and the WiFi was not the best.

Thank you so much for choosing us to stay a 2nd time I’m so flattered. The mattress one is difficult as different people have different preferences. Some people prefer firm and some soft. Regarding the Internet, yes it’s been a struggle, but after 10 years of living in this neighborhood, they are finally installing fiber. You may have seen the conduit and workers alongside the road in our neighborhood during your stay. Hopefully you will stay with us again and it will be high speed next time. I know I’m looking forward to it for sure!

Secluded & Peaceful yet close to activities

House overall was in excellent condition. My wife immediately commented on how clean and well taken care of the house was. House was very spacious & comfortable. We loved the feel of being in secluded nature area yet close enough to nearby towns and activities. Our pet Lab loved exploring in the large fenced yard area and hiking in the forest behind the house. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay again.

The place met our needs. Great host. Seems to be like their first “fixer upper” many little oversights, decor is kind of overwhelming, gives a feeling of trying way too hard. Simpler is better. Thank you and be well.

Awesome Propert

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Plenty of room with 4 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The back patio is very relaxing with a great view into the woods. We observed a black Bear and four deer. There’s a feeder on the side of the house which attracts the wildlife. We plan to book again next year.

Beautiful home & wonderful hosts

The property was perfect for my family over the holidays. We were able to have a home away from home while visiting family in Florida. The kitchen is a dream to cook in. The beds were roomy. After a long day, soaking in that deep tub melted the stress away. They provided little conveniences like laundry/dish detergent and bathing soap. Finally, the family that hosts this property are very communicative and kind, they even left a gift for us for our stay over Christmas. We felt very welcomed. On a fun note, whenever we drove through the entrance, we sung the main tune to Jurassic Park as we passed through the natural vegetation, it felt like we were entering another world. Everyone in my family said they would gladly stay there again. Highly recommend, don't hesitate to book!

Hello! We’re a family of 7 who absolutely love the peaceful charm of our neighborhood. We enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, horses, observing wildlife, and exploring nature, which is why we’ve made this home in such a beautiful, serene setting. As hosts, we want to provide a relaxing, comfortable experience for you. We love sharing our space with guests and are always available to assist you with anything you need during your stay. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of peace and accessibility. Surrounded by nature, it’s an equestrian-friendly community with private trails for hiking or horseback riding, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The wildlife, including deer and wild turkey, adds to the charm. Despite the tranquility, we’re only 40 minutes from the beach and theme parks, and close to shopping and dining in historic Downtown Sanford. We love it so much that we live in the same neighborhood!

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our property truly unique is the perfect combination of modern luxury and tranquil nature. Nestled on 5 acres, the house features a serene catch-and-release fishing pond, private trails for hiking or horseback riding, and abundant wildlife like deer, wild turkey, and the occasional bear. Despite the peaceful setting, we’re centrally located, just 40 minutes from both the beach and theme parks. It’s the ideal escape for guests seeking both relaxation and adventure.
