Cozy Sanctuary/Dwtn Franklin Studio w Priv Entry

Peaceful, private above-garage studio less than a mile from historic downtown Franklin. Easily walkable to parks, restaurants, historic sights, festivals, and more! This charming, spacious apartment has a private entrance and bath, kitchenette, king-sized bed, and pull-out coach (great for 2 small children or 1 adult). You'll have access to a shared outdoor patio, fire pit, and grill overlooking a creek and shaded woods. Take that big, deep breath... you'll feel right at home here!
The space
The studio is accessible by a private entrance at the back of the house. A flight of stairs will take you to a landing and double doors which allow for maximum sunlight into the room during the day (and black-out curtains keep out at night!). A king-sized bed and pull-out couch are available for sleeping. A couch, free Wifi, lap desk, and large-screen TV are there for your enjoyment. The kitchenette is generously stocked as is the bathroom. The large shower is bright and roomy.
Guest access
Guests have access to the studio and the back patio off of the main house. Guests are welcome to build a fire and enjoy the view.
During your stay
Loved Well Rentals will be available to you via text throughout your stay. And often in person. You set the tone for your visit. It is self check-in and out.

The cozy sanctuary was just that ..,,cozy and comfortable. The place was clean with anll the anmen we needed and we met the host and she was very nice. We were fairly close to downtown but not really within walking distance.

Visiting Nashville and Franklin

My mother-in-law and myself took a getaway to Tennessee. We love the town of Franklin and leper Fork. We always enjoy our stay when we are in the area. Tennessee is a beautiful state. Thank you for the hospitality. Katie is a wonderful host and the cozy sanctuary was a very clean and hospitable place to stay.

Peaceful and Comfortable

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the property was just what we needed. It was convenient to downtown Franklin, quiet, with a small running creek, white squirrel and a wild turkey. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be able to return. NC Outerbanks

The perfect escape

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick weekend away to rest, shop, and have fun. The place was flawless and immaculate. Bed was incredibly comfortable and this was honestly the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. Would come back again!

COMFY just like they said!

Katie’s instructions for check-in were excellent,The place was stylish, roomy and comfy! The bathroom is huge and storage shelves were so long- you can put all you need on them- it’s so convenient. The coffee bar was stacked with plenty. It was A#1 restful and peaceful place.

Awesome place

The property itself was excellent. It is in close proximity to many things Franklin. Historic Downtown, The Factory and Historical Sites like the Carter House a very short drive away. Bed was very comfy, and the Host had it decorated nicely. Even saw wild turkeys roaming about 1 day even though the property is in a neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay.

Perfect place!!!

Truly even better than the pictures show!! Darling! So clean and in a beautiful neighborhood! The perfect location close to downtown Franklin! Katie was very responsive and allowed us an early checkin which was much needed!! I would definitely stay again!!!

Location, Location, Location!

This tiny hideaway is in an ideal location for getting to Downtown Franklin and surrounding areas! The space itself is perfect! Well decorated and accommodating. Just enough space for a small group, with a LARGE bathroom space! I would say, the one thing I didn't know (though I could've very well missed it in the property details, but) is that this property is a part of a private residence. (The owners almost had a group of girls knocking at their front door when we arrived LOL But that's because I hadn't read the check-in arrival info prior to actually arriving on property. 😆) Having said all this, the rental space is private and details were given in the check in email of where to park, and offered use of their fire pit/patio area. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality! 💗😊
