Mockingbird Hill Lodge warmly welcomes you! You may want to retreat for a time with family and friends, surrounded by nature. Or a 5 minute drive will take you to the bustle of our unique small town attractions. Return to the comfort of our 4 bedroom cabin each evening, relax in beds designed for a blissful sleep experience. However you choose , do not miss the joy of greeting the sun over coffee on the front porch swing. You can tuck away the feeling, then relive it as needed to be refreshed!

The home is absolutely gorgeous. So spacious for our group. There were plenty of towels and they provided soaps and toiletries in case anything was forgotten. Everything was so clean, the beds are really good quality and so comfy. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This place was perfect for a family weekend in Amish Country. It was also kid friendly with a high chair for dinner, pack and play, and toys. It was far off the road to feel away from everyone and it was very quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Kitchen had everything we needed for reheating our frozen meals we had brought. The basement bathroom floor was heated which was a nice surprise being it was cold. Sitting on the porch was a beautiful sight to behold. I would recommend putting labels on all light switches on the main floor.

Ruth was helpful throughout our stay. Very responsive. The home was clean and well stocked. Lots of room for our two families. Kids totally enjoyed the bunk beds for their own space. Having cows in the field next to us one day was a delight!

What a wonderful get-away! This cabin was just lovely - clean and comfortable, with an extra large kitchen table for games and rockers on the spacious front porch to enjoy the beautiful view!

I have had a lot of interactions with Vrbo host due to the fact my husband and I travel a lot. This particular host was AMAZING!!! The house was beautiful and stocked to perfection. Anything we needed was there. The home was so spacious and absolutely beautiful. Out of all the rentals we stayed at this one is our #1 favorite!! Enjoyed our stay

Everything was very clean and organized. Easy access to everything would definitely stay there again, only thing that we kind of missed was a TV for evening entertainment.

The cabin easily accommodated our group of eight senior (63-72) adults. All bedrooms required stairs which was difficult for four of us but manageable. 3 bathrooms was nice, as was two laundry facilities. The view and location were outstanding! All in all a very nice cabin.

Very clean, well stocked, quiet. One of the best places that our church group has stayed. Only suggestion we have is another rail on the other side of of the steps going in both directions down to the basement.

Lovely home with tons of room. We especially loved the porch and all the seating on it. The owners have done a great job providing everything you need or might want for your stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. We didn’t have any trouble making our meals.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our family Christmas in over the weekend. We actually got snow…it was such a precious moment being able to cuddle up cozy by the fireplace and watch the snow fall outside and then the next day sled down the hill. Ruth was more than a fantastic host. She text me to ensure we were okay during the storm and encouraged us to stay safe and not worry so much about the check out time. She even called a plow truck to come plow the driveway for us.

Exceptionally clean overall and fully stocked for cooking in the roomy kitchen. Everything that was or would be needed was provided. Availability of both indoor and outdoor games and fire pit and grill were appreciated. This was a spacious and yet cozy home with beautiful views. It exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent again. Ruth was so kind to work with-especially when we needed to change our stay due to a last minute health issue. We highly recommend this place!
