**Two Master Bedrooms: One located upstairs with a king bed and an optional rollaway bed, and the other downstairs with a king bed and a sofa bed for added comfort.
**Two Queen Bedrooms**: Each furnished with a queen-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers.
**Bunk Bedroom: This unique space features two twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or groups. Please note that access to this room requires walking through the downstairs master bedroom.

Bolivar Lake Lodge is a true labor of love for several local couples, all deeply committed to providing you with the best experience possible. This spacious 3,200 sq. ft. retreat, complete with a private 3-acre lake nestled within 16 wooded acres, is designed for relaxation and adventure.
*We take pride in offering a professionally cleaned home, with offsite laundry services and fully stocked essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Conveniently located off Route 77, you’ll have easy access to canoeing on the Tuscarawas River, afternoons at local wineries and breweries, scenic trails along the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath, and visits to the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Massarelli Sports Complex. We’re honored to welcome you to this special place.
Other details to note:
*The lake is ideal for kayaking and fishing/catch and release. Basic fishing gear and kayaks will be available free of charge. If bringing your own fishing gear, please use barbless hooks only.
*The water supply for this property comes from a private well. * Guests are not permitted to use wood burning stoves inside the house due to insurance restrictions
* Bolivar Lake Lodge will be decorated for Christmas the month of December into January.
*Wild life: The house is locate on a lake near a wooded area and sometimes, the locals (bugs or critters) might wander in to say hello. Our cleaning crew is vigilant and does their best to keep them out, but hey, they lived here first and over treating is not good for anyone. If one of these tiny visitors stops by, don’t panic—just let us know if you need help and embrace the wild side of your getaway!
*There is a separate one room cabin perfect for additional gathering space. It includes a live edge bar, a pool table and poker table, kitchenette, and pull out sofa.
