Welcome to our charming Downtown Waco getaway! Nestled in the heart of the city, this fully remodeled 1920 Craftsman Home accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. Centrally located, you'll be close to all Waco has to offer to include being only 4 blocks from the famed Magnolia Silos. Step out into the backyard retreat and unwind in the Cowboy Pool or Hot Tub, enjoy burgers from the grill, or gather around the cozy fire pit!

This charming house is perfectly located for quick trips to the Silos, The Castle, The Dr. Pepper Museum and more!! Plenty of space for our group with thoughtful extras like cozy blankets to snuggle on the couch, extra pillows and even supplies for little ones if a family is traveling. Communication was fantastic and the minor imperfections were quickly and respectfully addressed. Our group of 5 adults truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

This was the perfect place for 5 of girlfriend classmates that do an annual trip somewhere. Although we were not able to use the hot tub or pool due to the weather, the accommodations inside were perfect for our card games. Had plenty of beds for each of us. Perfect location to enjoy the Magnolia, Silos etc. We will try to use this well taken care of home again. The host were great with responding to any questions we had, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Pretty and comfortable

This house is very nicely decorated and has everything we needed. Very well stocked and bedding was very nice. My family enjoyed the hot tub and backyard amenities. The beds are comfortable and the bedding was very soft. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Great Stay in the heart of Waco

This property is delightful. We were walking distance to Magnolia and found some treasures along the way. Highly recommend as a great oasis a midst all that Waco offers. Will be returning for sure.

So cozy, clean, and tons of amenities!

This cozy home in the heart of Waco will be our favorite! Amenities galore! Great communication with gracious hosts, beautiful backyard, and porch. The interior is spotless with attention to detail for its guests. We absolutely loved it!!!

Responsive hosts. Very clean and organized. We were in town for Baylor graduation and the location was fantastic for both campus access and a trip to Magnolia. Can’t think of a single thing to change!

Surprisingly spacious!

Extremely well appointed home with a dreamy backyard! With lots of comfy sleeping space, this adorable home had everything we needed and more. Excellent communication with the host and just a few blocks away from the Silo district. We loved our stay!

Great location, property clean, comfortable and nice extra touches. My sisters & I took our mother to Waco for her 75th birthday. She loves HGTV - got a thrill out of going to Silos & all the shopping & brunch at 1928. Thank you for the comfortable stay

We loved this stay!

My mom, sisters, nieces and I stayed here for my mother's birthday trip and we loved it so much. There was plenty room for all of us and we had the best time in the backyard area! It was convenient for all the shopping and eating that we wanted to do. The area was a tiny bit sketchy, but we just made sure to lock the doors and we felt plenty safe! The house is decorated so cute and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous home moments from the Silos!

We had a great time at this property! The house was clean and there was enough space for everybody. The kids enjoyed the room with the two trundle beds. The property is located minutes from the Silos. It made it very easy to get to the things we wanted to see. There is also a lot of shopping and food nearby. The neighborhood seems slightly up-and-coming, but the house itself felt safe and we had a great time in the yard. The pool was a great touch. We would definitely stay again if we came back! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Adorable and so convienient!

This is a darling cottage, and it is clear that the owners have taken great pride in offering this home as a rental. The decor is lovely! The owners have a lovely tray of treats out on the kitchen island, and have free keurig coffee for the stay. We loved the back yard, which includes a super cool “Cowboy Pool”, 2 hanging chairs and a fire pit. A perfect place to recap the days’ events and plan for the next day’s adventures. The location is superb - just a few blocks from the Siilos and downtown, and an easy reach to other parts of the city. While we enjoyed the Magnolia locations, we also loved exploring some of the local spots including Fabled bookstore and coffeshop, The Findery for awesome interior decor and Pignetti’s for some great Italian food. Brittany and Michael were delightful hosts and had excellent communication skills. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great home!! The location was a little sketchy, nothing uncomfortable at all! Also, the only way to get to the back yard is through the master bedroom. That was a little weird. It wasn’t a big deal. I just as older kids and they wanted to sit outside longer than I did. They were super respectful and just stayed quiet when they came in. The beds were amazing!!! The water pressure in the showers was to die for and there were no issues with hot water! It was fabulous!!! The location is great for visiting all the Magnolia! There are plenty of stores nearby and several restaurants and bars within walking distance or a quick drive (less than 5 minutes). We are so grateful to the hosts, they were so responsive and so kind!!! If we ever have a need to come back, this is definitely where we will stay!!!

We are Brittany and Michael Miller. We are currently in DFW but Brittany is originally from the Waco area and Michael is from North Texas. Brittany is currently a Realtor in Dallas and Michael works as a Geologist for an Oil and Gas company. Being avid travelers we wanted to start a short term rental to give guests the best experience possible while travelling to Waco. We love seeing our vision brought to life and hearing the positive guest experiences after their stay with us.
