The Balboa peninsula has the fun zone with the ferris wheel and arcade games Beach chairs and Boogie Boards, floats, and games make it easy for all guests to have a great time!

Light, bright, and airy with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms! 2 Private patios and on-site laundry. Close to Ferry restaurants and shopping!
1 Queen bed upstairs with additional trundle bed and 1 king size bed located on the lower level .

15 minutes from John Wayne airport. 30 minutes to Disneyland and 20 minutes to Laguna Beach for the world famous sawdust festival and art colony.

Great location

The house is ideally located on a quiet street, and the beach is only a short walk. The beds are comfortable, and the layout allows for privacy. It is the perfect beach house.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Staying at this property was a perfect getaway for our family. The location is within walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shops, and just around the corner from taking the ferry across to the peninsula where the beach, fun zone, and plenty more good times can be found.

Balboa never disappoints

We've been traveling to Balboa / Newport for a few decades and this cute place was a great representative of the area w/ the location, cleanliness, amenities, etc. We had two adult couples and it worked perfectly. Stay here if you get a chance!

Family getaway was amazing!

Beautiful Balboa!

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming cottage on Balboa! It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Perfect location to the ferry and easy walk to town. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful!

This home was perfect for our 3-generation family of six. The location was fantastic, just minutes to the ferry.The house was cute and clean and well appointed. Communication with Kim was easy, and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific!!!

It was a lovely vacation - a beautiful, clean cottage in a perfect location!!! This cottage is my favorite in 20 years - and everything one needs is here!!! I loved it!! Also, the little back patio is cool all day!!
