About this space
Newly remodeled condo within walking distance of Giant Steps(the largest ski lift at Brianhead!) Also close to the Pond, park, mountain biking, and other summertime adventures. You will love our cozy condo with built in log bunkbeds and a custom breakfast nook overlooking the mountain. This place has everything you will need for some relaxing time away from home! Including hot tub and sauna, a 50 in. flatscreen TV. with Dish and of course Netflix and Hulu, games, and wifi! Sleeps 6 in beds.
The space
The perfect spot to stay between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Roughly about 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Zion National Park and about a 1 hour drive to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Guest access
The entire place is yours! The hot tub and sauna are a shared space within the complex. Luckily it is rarely ever crowded and it’s also located in the building adjacent to our place!
Other things to note
The building has 4 units. It typically stays very private and quiet. There is a large covered porch area that is shared with the next door neighbor. This unit is located on the second floor and does require going up some stairs to reach it.

I had trouble communicating with the owner. We had issues with the door, and the fire alarm kept making noise, so my husband had to replace the batteries and fix the door himself. Maybe because it was the holiday season, she wasn’t available to help? Besides those issues, we had a good time skiing.

This property was okay for our family of 5 but absolutely no way could you fit more and be comfortable. There’s ONE couch with no extra COMFORTABLE seating so unless you are comfortable sitting on metal bar stools, thw floor, or laying in the bed the entire time, 5 people fills this space. It was just our family of 5 which 3 were children and we felt super crammed. Eating any meals is a challenge because there’s no actual table. The kids did enjoy eating at the window overlooking the mountain but we all couldn’t fit and eat there so some ate while sitting on the couch which isn’t quite ideal. Also, couldn’t definitely use some improvements and upgrades to some things especially the silverware and dinnerware. Luckily we only had 5 people because there was just enough silverware for us to eat one time then had to wash everything. Not enough plates to accommodate more than 6 people so listing this property To fit 7 people isn’t right. Overall, this property needs quite a bit of maintenance and needs to add extra things for its guests to be accommodated comfortably.

Great Value, Enjoyed the property

This was a great place to stay for a few days at a very good price. Some trade offs for the price: Hot tub needs some care, master bedroom door didn't close (improvised latch didn't keep it closed), TV too high on the wall to watch comfortable from the distance the couch sits. Pluses: our daughter LOVED the queen bed "retreat" arrangement, bed was comfy, kitchen worked great, and real wood fireplace. Overall we loved it.

Comfy, Cozy and Central

Loved our stay here! Everything was only 2 minutes away and the parking lot was plowed after snowing all night. The bunk bed nooks were very comfortable and cozy with plenty of soft, warm bedding. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs between the parking lot and the unit. It was fine for us, but should be noted. Communication with Tyler was prompt and excellent. We will definitely be staying here again.
