This is a Cozy bungalow that fits 6 people! There is one queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen air mattress with one bath. This house is on Mason creek with a short 1 minute ride to Homosassa River, there is a dock to tie off, NO BRIDGES TO RIVER. Pet friendly will accept 2 dogs ($60 fee), any size, the whole back yard has a full fence around for your dogs to roam happily! Very close to 3 different boat slips, the Freezer is right down the road along with, McRae's, Shed, Florida cracker and Monkey Island, all within 1 min drive! THERE ARE NO BRIDGES FROM THIS PROPERTY TO THE RIVER! High towers are fine. If you love to fish, swim with manatees, or just cruise the river and do a food crawl, this is a very affordable place to stay and so all of those things! Citrus county vacation homes will get you booked and answer any questions you have:)

Great Getaway

Had a great time. Clean, comfortable and a great location, fenced in yard was a wonderful plus for our dog. He had a great time also.

Great spot on the water!

Stayed here while visiting with family in the area. The house was the perfect spot for our family and we loved that we could bring our dog along too. Loved being right on the water and close to everything we needed. Host was very communicative and great. Would definitely stay here again!

House is in great location to boat ramp and restaurants. House was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Agent was great and stayed in communication with us from time of booking until check out. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place on a canal

This house was great place for us to stay. Its so close to everything. Having the boat dock/slip with lift made everything so convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. The property manager is also very nice and communicative!

Fish & Play

The house was perfect for us! My daughter’s family came with us & the Grands had a blast! We mainly just shower & sleep at our rentals (weather dependent) as we stay on the pontoon fishing or at the Springs.

Our chicken enjoyed the fenced back yard and screened in porch. My husband enjoyed the entire house. Great location and kept our boat right there at the dock. End of canal so not the best fishing and crabbing from dock but a short ride to put out crab traps. Brought bikes but didn’t use them. I would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay very much ! Will Return!

The house was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 dogs ! Property manager was very attentive and responsive to anything! I would recommend posting that your back yard is fenced in cause that was a major bonus when we found out (our dogs could roam free in the back yard)! Perfect getaway/vacation home ! We highly recommend!

Relaxing Riverside Cottage

Overlooking the river, perfect quiet location & super clean! The host was quick to respond to questions and very thoughtful with the extra touches. The location is amazing with restaurants and Homosassa Springs just down the road or river. We even saw a baby great blue heron while we were out on the water! This is truly a taste of the old Florida I remember as a child. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect for manatee visit

Check in and communication were easy and prompt. The house was clean and everything worked well. We picked this location because of the nearness to Crystal River. It was close to several springs that we would be able to snorkel with the Manatees. We had a fabulous time snorkeling and also visiting Homosassa Wildlife State Park. Thank you for opening your lovely house.

Dockside oasis

Nice fenced in backyard for dogs. Our dog did figure out a way to jump around the corner of the fence by the boat dock. But he's a special kind of crazy.... Cute inside with very cozy couch. Beds are hard but we had a topper with us. Overall great location can golf cart to many restaurants and monkey island. Great stay. Host was exceptional

Homosassa bungalow

We chose this property for its central location to the places we were visiting. Overall it was a good fit. The only negatives were the main TV did not work and the final cost (after fees) was double the initial advertised price.

Homosassa

Arriving on the heels of Hurricane Idalia 🌀 , the management company was attentive to our questions, and assured us the place was fine, no damage and no flooding. We proceeded with our plans and we found the place to be perfect, a nice location for peace and relaxation and seclusion. We loved it at this little house on stilts. The view from the front porch is beautiful, with the wildlife refuge, undeveloped! We would definitely come again!

The clean service was very lacking. The refrigerator was not cleaned out, some of the bed linens were blood stained, the baseboards, ceilings etc were filthy and the shower had mildew in it and there were personnel items in the house and the back yard was not picked up

Scheduled a last minute trip for scalloping and the location and accomodations were great. I actually left some clothes behind by accident and the property manager was helpful and mailed them to me. Dock and canal accommodate our 25ft boat.
