Welcome to River Run! This chic tiny home is located within Laurel Bush River Cabins Family Campground, right beside the peaceful Tuckasegee River. Wake up to soothing water sounds and enjoy easy access to the breathtaking Smoky Mountains. Spend evenings on the riverfront deck and relax in a comfortable king bed.

Set within a peaceful, family friendly campground, this home is perfectly located near scenic hiking trails and nature spots, with great places to eat just 5 minutes away in Sylva. From the property, you can enjoy unique views of the famous “Fugitive” train wreck across the river, adding a bit of local history to your relaxing getaway.

We have 8 other rental cabins right on the river in the area. While part of a small family friendly campground, the setting remains serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay and location. If your wife likes long hot showers, a tiny home is not for you. For everyone else, there is plenty of hot water!

River Retreat

My son and I loved staying here. The accommodations were perfect. Every morning I had my cup of coffee by the river. Everything in the tiny home was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick and Lovely stay

It was perfect for a one night stay to see a concert at the near by casino. Easy check in process. Scenery was lovely. Quaint town and yummy breakfast spots. Bed was comfy. Great concept!!! Shower was a little cold but we enjoyed out quick stay!

What a magical hidden gem! Easy check in/out and great communication! This tiny house is well kept with every detail well thought out. The location is perfect for a quiet get away to recharge.

Absolutely perfect!

Couldn’t ask for anything more! Everything was exactly as described, super clean, close to job site, easiest check in/out, and communication with Leisr was exceptionally fast! Definitely a home away from home and a place I would definitely return to again!! Thank you Leisr Stays!!

Great stay for good price!

Overall nice little place. Was pretty comfortable for 2 people👍 Only complaint was that the water didn’t stay hot for very long. Other than that it was pleasant!

Great tiny home and location on the river!

We had a great weekend getaway to this cute tiny home. The location was great and being able to stand on the porch and listen to the river was wonderful. The only negative thing I can say is that the ladder to get up into the loft is very steep. Other than that small detail, it was a wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The place was perfect for us. The ladder to get to the lofted bed was straight up and down so it was a little difficult to get up and down, I wished it was a little more angled for ease. But other than that it was a great stay! The host replied to us within 10 minutes and was very easy to communicate with!

Father/son fishing trip

Would give 4 1/2 overall rating if could! Tiny house was clean, comfortable and great location right on the river. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Easy check in and check out and communication with owner easy. Only complaint was the water in shower and kitchen sink smelled of sulfur. Continued smelling even after running for 5 minutes so basically avoided showering. Amazing stay overall!
