Marco Island family vacation home. Located close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, walking, biking, grocery stores and so much more. Ride bikes thru town or along beach path. Spend your days boating, laying on the beach, or enjoying your private swimming pool.

This beautiful vacation home has 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, plus screened in private salt water pool to enjoy Island life. Main bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom w/ shower and separate tub and double sink. 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds

It also comes fully furnished to make your vacation as relaxing as possible.

* New pool, deck, and tile Nov 2023

Living room and second sitting room to give ample space for families to spread out and kitchen is stocked to prepare your favorite meals. We have a grill by the pool. Lounge chairs & table to relax outside too.

This is a perfect Island getaway for a couple or family!! Excellent location!!

Ring doorbell and security cameras have video/audio capabilities.(front door & garage door)
*For added security, you will receive your own personal access code to the electronic deadbolt. Previous guests access codes are deleted upon departure.
*Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $25 per dog per day NO cats allowed! $500 fee added for violation

Beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and toys available complementary to use at the beach.

The home is beautiful and the pool was kept at a warm temperature so we could enjoy it every night. We loved that they had pool stuff like noodles, beach ball, etc. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Host was very responsive. The house was very clean and the pool and property well maintained. Love the pool temperature. Location of the property is great as you are close to everything on the island, not that anything is far anyway. Love the layout of the rooms. Love that both bathrooms have showers too.

The house was spacious, clean and very well stocked with laundry detergent, shampoos, sun screen, spices and lots of pool toys. They had beach chairs, bikes and even a wagon for our grandson! The pool was great and warm. The outdoor grill needs some help!

We had a really wonderful stay here overall. The home was perfect for our group of friends celebrating a special occasion - plenty of space to relax, gather together, and enjoy our time.We did purchase early check-in and unfortunately had some trouble getting into the rental right at the early check-in time. However, once we were able to get in, everything was great and the rest of our stay went smoothly.The pool and outdoor area were clean and well maintained, and we really appreciated that pool towels were provided. The location was also a huge plus - easy access to everything on Marco Island, whether walking or driving.Overall, it is a great spot for a group stay.

This place was so cute and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, nice pool, and stocked kitchen. Bikes in the garage were a very nice extra touch! Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful pool and house

Stayed for the month of January and loved every minute of it. Layout of the house was great, and the heated pool was fun to be in at any hour of the day or night.

The area is fantastic. It's close to so much and you're able to be outside often. The residents are friendly and happy so it keeps things positive and fun.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home is unique because of the central location. It also has a screened in private salt water pool. The pool and deck were redone Nov 2023. We provide lounge chairs to relax and catch some Ray's and tables w/ chairs to enjoy being outside as much as possible.
