Birdhouses is a very unique place in the sunset side of the island, in front of water. Very private and in contact with nature. Wonderful place for star gazing or bird watching, provides with wifi, cable tv, ac, king size bed, balcony with table, two chairs and a hammock. Safe, spacious and airy bathroom with hot water and a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Bicycles included!
Steps to go up to the deck and steeper steps to go from the first floor to bedroom in the second to get more view!

We couldn't fault our stay at Hummingbird house, waking up to the view of the sea and sound of the mangroves every morning was priceless! The house was tidy, bed super comfy and Lucrecia and Louis are super hosts! We highly recommend making use of the free bikes to beat the heat and get around the island

The Birdhouses are cute, clean, and private. The property is nicely tucked away from the busy areas of Caye Caulker, but easily accessible and on the water. The Humingbird is exactly what we needed for our vacation - simple, clean,l and a great bathroom. The bed is very soft. The AC keeps you cool to sleep. And Lucrecia & Luis are so very kind and helpful!

We loved our spot and enjoyed all the birds in the mangroves and occasional iguanas. Using the bikes and provided bike locks as transportation was perfect on Caye Caulker, and we really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you check out the Iguana Reef nearby where you will see fish and rays.
