この施設について

Clough · Quaint Cottage on Clough

This house is a small quaint getaway for you and your loved ones to relax for a few nights and enjoy some peace and quiet. This completely remodeled space is fully equipped with everything you need to cook full meals and take a hot shower. Sip your favorite drink in the beautiful bright sunporch or cozy up at night to watch a movie in the Netflix room with a bowl of popcorn. Located in Superior but only a few minutes from everything Duluth has to offer. Free wifi and off street parking.

This is an older remodeled home in the north side of Superior. This space is about 500 square ft with the layout of a studio apartment but is a stand alone home with a large front yard.

There will be construction during 2021-2023 on the Blatnik Bridge that comes from Duluth so you will want to take the Bong Bridge on the West Side if you are coming from Minnesota. This will save you some confusing detours. There is free street parking which changes sides every Sunday but there is also a one stall car port in the alley.

This space is co-hosted by Madison and Taylor and they are available 24/7 for anything you might need during you stay.

This cute little home is nestled in the North End neighborhood of Superior WI. You will only be a 2 minutes from the Blatnik Bridge which connects you to Duluth MN. Just a few steps north and you'll find a long time local breakfast cafe called the Kitchen. This is a quiet working class neighborhood with lots of history and great neighbors.

You are free to park on the street in front of the house but most guests will want to park in the back alley in the carport. The carport can usually only fit one car comfortably. Hwy 53 is only a few blocks north. From there you can go south (right) and explore Wisconsin or head north (left) and get on the bridge to Minnesota.
No shoes on in the house. Do not go in the basement. No Candles!

For the most part the stay was great. Only issues I had was that the table cloth was dirty on arrival and that the AC was a bit noisy to have on when sleeping and was not sealed on bottom so some small bugs were getting in.

House was not cleaned, food in the oven, dirty sheets and no clean towels. Took the people over 20 minutes to bring new supplies in at 1030 at night. They deduced cleaning fee but after traveling all day to enter dirty place doesn't seem like enough compensation. The house for cleaned the next day.

The location of the property is very conveniently located to Duluth and the North Shore. The neighborhood is run down and as a single traveler, I made sure I returned to the property before it was dark. The property itself was ok. It has all the basics you would need. It was also clean. It could use some basic maintenance and upgrades. With that being said, it served the purpose of why I was in the area. The bed was very comfy! Heads up, the bathroom is tiny, so it would be challenging for more than 1 person to be using the bathroom at the same time. Overall, it was fine. Directions and communication were great!

Overall had a great stay! The window AC unit might be a little loud, but I usually sleep with a fan on so it didn’t bug me! Husband complained about the water pressure in the shower. Very clean and tidy with great communication!

Property description stated air conditioning. I may have missed it but it was a window air conditioner in the bedroom which did not help in the kitchen. Also the TV was in front of the same window. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Property did have a fan but it was just as loud as the air conditioner. Otherwise good property to stay in, We would again, The crock pot availability was nice on vacation as well, came back from a day exploring and dinner was ready.

This place is the perfect, quiet and cozy getaway. The house had a carport that came in handy with the 15 inches of snow we had during our stay. Most places in Duluth/Superior are only a few minutes away and everyone in the area was super nice. The host was respectful and polite. We made amazing memories with this place and will definitely book this again!
Just a few minutes away.

Affordable, clean cottage close to Duluth

We appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were, how clean and tidy the house was, and the ease of communication. It's so nice to have a private space with all the essentials, including a full kitchen, and within such a reasonable distance of surrounding attractions.

Check in was easy with the lock box. Was great to have a kitchen. Bathroom and house overall was smaller than I anticipated but it worked out because of the trundle bed. Im happy I brought salt but forgot the pepper. Would be nice to have some packets in the kitchen. Cute and clean place overall.

Cozy, Clean & Comfy

Clear communication from booking in early May to our stay in mid July. We were welcomed with a cute card and chocolate. We both found the bed extremely comfortable. I appreciated that we had plenty of extra towels. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Property owners are very friendly, and the property is good overall, and I would come here again. Very competitive price for other options in Duluth. As mentioned in other reviews, the HVAC is rather loud, so this might not be a good fit for someone who is a light sleeper.
