Located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and marinas, this spacious vacation home is the perfect getaway for families, friends, couples, and special occasions. Special events are welcome, making the property an ideal setting for celebrations and gatherings.

YOUR PRIVATE OUTDOOR RESORT

Spend your days enjoying the large, heated saltwater pool, relax on the raised poolside sun deck, or unwind in the spacious covered outdoor entertaining area.

The outdoor kitchen is made for memorable meals and entertaining, featuring a large natural-gas 8ft barbecue island with prep station, sink, and running water. A separate fish and meat smoker makes it easy to enjoy fresh local catches or your favorite smoked specialties.

Additional patio tables with umbrellas provide comfortable spaces for outdoor dining, conversation, and poolside relaxation. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower with hot water.

Everything was wonderful, owners were super supportive and a pleasure to meet with. The house was in tip top shape; outdoor kitchen is fabulous and kept very nice.

What a great place to stay. Paige was an excellent host, everything in house was set so nicely. There was 11 of us 5 children aged 2 to 10. They had a blast in pool, with all the great pool toys. Beach is nice and close. We had groceries delivered we were a bit late but Paige and her husband were there and accepted groceries and put them away. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Incredible Family Reunion at The Beach!

We had a great time at this property Family reunion from 4 different states. Easy access from Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale airports. Big house with everything we needed. Very easy and close beach access. Great restaurants a short and easy walk. Everything was GREAT!!!

Awesome place foe friends to hang out between fishing days!

Met Jodi early because of weather she explained everything to me, and left us alone until check out, the house more than met my expatiations and I have 2 more trips through April. I can't weight, and my friends -customers' will have a blast,

Great House and Great Location

The house had everything we needed. We cooked in several nights and had all the equipment we needed, even the gas grill had all the tools. We took a bunch of boys in their young 20's. The pool, pool table and pinball machine were all in great shape and used frequently. Short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Paige is a great host. She was very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. A great house for a family vacation!

Great Family Getaway!

We were passing through on our way to a Disney Cruise. We were two 40+ year olds with a 9 and 13 year old. The house was more than we expected! Very clean and very comfortable. After a couple of long days in the car, it was nice to be able to walk to everything! We spent our days at the beach, walked to dinner, and then hung out and played in the pool at night. The owner was very helpful with local info. and easy to get a hold of. We highly recommend this property!

Corperate retreat

I am a corperate team builder currently based in St. Louis. I am originally from West Palm Beach so I know the area very well. I bring team members and clients to West Palm Beach frequently for Cardinals spring training, The Honda Classic, and events at the WPB convention center.I have rented many properties in the area, and this one is my favorite. Excellent for work, rest, and play. House is very clean and very well organized. I have already booked our next two trips to come back.

Beautiful Beach Wedding!

We had an intimate and beautiful beach wedding and reception for my sister at this property. We had 25 guests for the wedding and reception and the Bride and 13 of us girls stayed at the house. The property hostess was more than accommodating with all of our special requests. She helped with everything for the event from start to finish! The beach was a beautiful setting for the evening wedding and the house and the pool area was a perfect setting for the night time reception. We are so thankful to our hostess Catherine Paige for allowing our special event and for all of her help! We plan on making this an annual anniversary trip in the future!

Wonderful Property & Great Host!

We had a great mini family reunion with 2 adult couples,1 senior couple, 2 twin 8 year old boys, and 2 teen girls. There was plenty of space for everyone and too much to do and see in one trip! We spent a lot of quality time together either playing in the pool or relaxing poolside, or doing the same at the beach. The house had more than enough of everything we needed for sunning, dining, and relaxing by the pool and the same for days at the beach. The house is very well kept, comfortable beds, and we especially enjoyed the outside hot shower! Our host supplied bikes and paddle boards for all the girls and booked a fishing charter for all us guys. We are very thankful to our gracious hosts for sharing this beautiful property. We made life long memories and will be back!

Ultimate 40th Birth Day Girl's Trip!

We rented this home for my best friend's 40th Birthday. 14 of us girls flew in from all over, most as a surprise! 14 girls slept over for the week and an additional 6 husbands and boyfriends came for the official day of the birthday and surprise party. We had the best time ever!!! Our theme was luau and our host Paige helped us take it to the next level! Paige helped us get a DJ, catering, bartender and best of all- hula and fire dancers! Paige also booked special events for us throughout the week- beach yoga, a paddle boarding tour and picnic, fishing charter and a sunset cruise. We had the best time ever and hope to make this an annual event!

Hi! I’m Paige- I’m a proud Singer Island native, born and raised right here along the beautiful beaches of Singer Island. After growing up enjoying everything this special community has to offer, I’m fortunate to still live and work locally and call Singer Island home.
My connection to the community goes far beyond being a local. I’m actively involved in local volunteer and charitable work, including serving on the City of Riviera Beach Parks and Recreation Board. I’m also involved with Surfers for Autism, Fishing for MD, local beach cleanups, and sea turtle and Florida manatee conservation efforts. Giving back and helping protect the beaches, waterways, and community that I grew up loving is very important to me!
Professionally, I graduated Sigma Cum Laude with a degree in Management and have been a licensed Florida Realtor for more than 20 years. My years in real estate and deep local roots give me a unique perspective on the area and what makes a vacation here truly special.
As your host, my goal is to share not just a beautiful place to stay, but the authentic Singer Island experience I’ve known my entire life. I’m happy to share local recommendations, favorite restaurants, hidden gems, outdoor adventures, fishing spots, beaches, and the best ways to experience the Palm Beaches like a local.
